Great spot to have a refreshing drink and a snack. We stopped here while waited for the ferry and we really liked it. The view is great and the tiramisú is not the best I have ever tried but it was quite nice. They also had food and other desserts that also looked good. Recommended!!!

Verdient haben Sie sich nicht mal einen Stern! Der Kellner war sehr unhöflich. Und das Fritto Misto war das schlechteste Gericht das ich bisher in meinem Leben vorgesetzt bekommen habe. Mickrige Portion und in der Fritteuse nochmals aufgewärmt. War verbrannt und ausgetrocknet. Als ich reklamiert habe und zurück schicken wollte meinte der Kellner ich hätte es beanstanden müssen vor Sie den Scontrino tippen. Den hat er jedoch schon zusammen mit den Getränken gebracht bevor wir überhaupt das Essen serviert bekamen. Musste den gesamten Betrag bezahlen. 🤬😡 wenigstens einen Kaffe oder Grappa hätte er anbieten können. Nie wieder. Auch wenn di Aussicht herrlich war.

Posto abbastanza carino, 1 spritz e 1 hugo annacquati 12€, patatine porzione da fame, se tutto va bene erano 6 patatine anche molle che hanno preso umidità. Personale scortese e disorganizzato, abbiamo aspettato 15 minuti per ordinare. Patatine lasciate appunto all’aria poco igienico e non invitante. Sicuramente non passerò più in questo posto.

What a poor performance in the harbour and arround. Very expensive - like the other persons had said, it is true!. I think, the last years ( i came since 1990 to Malcesine - i love this town so much BUT:) the restaurant only look for the "Boat -People". Example: 2015 a lot of restaurants give NO chips to the drink. Ok, only a little thing. But i want to have the "feeling" to be welcome. Is this too much? And the prices explode. Sorry, Malcesine and your owner of the gelateria, that isn't no longer my...

They wouldn't allow us to pay by card. Said has to be cash as we were sat outside. We told them that we didn't have any cash but they still refused a card payment. The ferry was about to leave so we joined the queue and one of the waiters became intimidating and told the man from the ferry not to let us on. My partner then went back and paid with our currency card as we had tried to...

Unfortunately we had a very poor experience at this caffe with a super unpolite waiter who was very rude while we were ordering, not allowing us to properly decide. In the end he forced us to pay by cash and find a cash machine because he said they had no payments by card when I saw a card machine inside. Very sad that a such cozy place by the water has a such bad service! It ruined...
