One of the ABSOLUTE Worst Dining Experiences We've Ever Had!!!!

As Italians, we were hoping for a taste of home—or at the very least, a respectful attempt at Italian cuisine. Unfortunately, this place was the furthest thing from authentic. The food was shockingly poor in quality—bland, poorly prepared, and completely lacking the flavors and care you’d expect from even a basic Italian kitchen.

To make matters worse, the staff were incredibly rude and dismissive, acting as though our presence was an inconvenience. Basic questions about the menu were met with attitude, and there was zero hospitality throughout our visit.

On top of everything, the place is hugely overpriced for what you get. We were even overcharged on the bill—only to be met with more rudeness when we questioned it.

Belive the negative reviews, save your money and go into town at Malcesine. Save your time, money, and palate—this is not Italian food, and it's certainly not worth the experience. Whatever positive reviews were posted were...

The owner is very rude...does not know how to deal with customer's concerns. We were charged for wine that we did not receive, and when requested that the amount be taken out of our bill, the owner responded with "this is not my problem" and walked away. The staff is very nice and helpful. Eventually, it was confirmed that we did not receive the wine and the bill was adjusted, but still the owner did not apologize and instead when we explained that it is rude to tell a customer "that is not my problem " without first trying to resolve the issue. confirming with his staff that the restaurant made a mistake, he surprinsingly became even more upset with us.. we will not recommend you to go to this place as it is obvious that he does not know how to deal with everyday problems that can occur in a business like that. .. save yourself some time of being billed twice and not...

AMAZING options for Gluten-Free

I cannot speak highly enough about this place! My first bite into the pizza and I went through a wave of emotions so strong that I almost started crying from how good it tasted. As a celiac, it has been a LONG time since I've experience good pizza. It has now been 2 months since my visit and I am still thinking about this pizza at least once a week. We also tried the pasta here and were kind of underwhelmed, however, it doesn't even matter because the pizza is so good. The concept of the restaurant is cool, build your own pizza with lots of different toppings, staff were friendly and attentive, and a great price.
