If you’re looking for standard fare this isn’t the place ! Even the Bruschetta is wonderfully unique and unlike the dozens you’ve tried in Rome. Great local beers and wines. We had fish baked in encrusted salt and the pasta with vongole and shaved mullet row was sublime ! Supported by Theresa and the kitchen chefs it was as fresh and new as can be. 2nd time round and drove over and hour plus a flight from Dubai to get there. Thanks to a recommendation from our worldly Italian friend Nina. DONT miss out. I watched the fish literally delivered off boat to the restaurant. Chef William knows his wine pairings to perfection. Was even able to impress the Nona and Nono and you know how hard that can be....
Read moreI reserved a table for dinner, only after having read the reviews. It was a great choice: everything was excellent! The location: in the very city centre but in a quiet place. The service: waiters and waitresses were very kind and smart. The food: fresh and tasty. I strongly recommend to take the astice lobster cooked in Catalan way. Even the sweets are all homemade: I took the cassata and it was exquisite! Of course, the price is higher than other restaurants but it's not high considering everything is excellent.
