I recently had the pleasure of dining at Il Terrazzino, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. This cozy little gem is not your typical fine dining spot, but rather a haven for those seeking traditional Italian homestyle cuisine. Let me tell you, this place exceeded all expectations.

非常垃圾的一間店！😡 服務生會性騷擾女性，老闆則是放任這種事情發生整個隨便處理！

當天用餐一名中東臉孔的男服務生在上菜時，明明已經將菜放下了，卻還接著故意用手背拍向我的胸部 真的非常的誇張！ 由於我是跟團旅行，所以我當下馬上跟導遊反應這件事，導遊也有跟老闆反應，但老闆這時「沒有任何道歉跟動作」 一切的爆發是在菜都上完之後，我去跟我別桌的家人講這件事，家人非常生氣直接拍桌大罵，衝去跟導遊和老闆理論

精彩的來了，你不會想到有人臉皮可以那麼厚 那名服務生在被發現後還去換了一套衣服（想避免被發現），但還是被我同桌的人指認了出來（由於我受到太大的驚嚇後來止不住哭泣） 他開口就是一直反覆說「我在這邊工作17年了，妳如果堅持我有碰妳的話，那我跟你說抱歉，但我在這邊工作17年了…（重複N遍）」 工作幾年是干我屁事？！這跟你摸我胸部有什麼關係嗎？！ 我也直接用英文回他「你不用再多說了，你的道歉根本沒誠意而我也不想再聽了，你已經對我造成了傷害！！」 這時的老闆都站在一旁沒有跟我做任何的表示哦！一直到最後他看我沒有要原諒那個服務生，態度很堅硬的樣子 他才說「不然我請妳喝個咖啡吧？卡布奇諾？」 氣都氣死了還喝什麼鬼咖啡！ 我就說不用，不需要 接著老闆就拿起桌上他們店裡在賣的義大利麵，然後「用丟的」丟到我前面說 「那這個妳拿去吧！」 ㄘㄋㄇㄉ當我是什麼？我氣到也跟他說不用然後起身就走人

簡單來說這家店非常的糟糕， 重點是菜也不怎麼樣，豬排很硬很難吃 第一次去義大利就來到這種爛店真的很衰小，請要去這附近玩的人一定要注意這家店！！！！ （圖片以示證明我有去吃）

A truly horrible restaurant!

The waiter sexually harasses women, and the boss just lets it happen and handles everything carelessly!

While dining there, a Middle Eastern-looking male waiter, after placing the dish on the table, deliberately used the back of his hand to hit my chest. It was absolutely outrageous!

Since I was on a group tour, I immediately reported the incident to our tour guide, who also brought it up to the restaurant owner. However, the owner didn’t apologize or take any action at all.

Things escalated after all the dishes were served. I told my family, who were seated at another table, about what happened. They were furious, slammed the table, and stormed over to confront both the guide and the owner.

And here’s where it gets even more ridiculous—you wouldn’t believe how shameless some people can be. That waiter, after realizing he had been exposed, went and changed into a different outfit, trying to avoid being identified. But one of my tablemates still recognized him (I was so traumatized by then that I couldn’t stop crying). When he was finally confronted, he just kept repeating: “I’ve worked here for 17 years. If you insist I touched you, then I apologize, but I’ve worked here for 17 years…” (repeated countless times). Like, what the hell does your work history have to do with you touching my chest?!

I immediately responded in English: “You don’t need to say anything more. Your apology is not sincere and I don’t want to hear it. You’ve already hurt me!!” And the owner? He just stood there doing nothing! Only when he saw that I wasn’t going to forgive the waiter and remained firm did he finally say: “Then… how about I treat you to a coffee? A cappuccino?”

Seriously?! I was furious—who would want coffee at that point?!

I told him no, absolutely not. Then the owner picked up a pack of pasta (one of the products they sell) from the table and threw it in front of me, saying: “Then take this instead.”

Like… what the hell does he think I am?! I was so mad I told him I didn’t want it either, got up, and left immediately.

In short, this place is awful. And to top it all off, the food wasn’t even good—the pork chop was tough and disgusting.

It was my first time in Italy, and I ended up at a place like this. What a terrible experience. If you’re planning to visit the area, be warned—stay far away from this restaurant!! (Photo attached as proof I actually ate...

Such a beautiful experience in a wonderful Matera. It was so hot when we arrived to Matera that's why first of all we want it to drink some water and we saw the door to this restaurant by accidentally. It was so nice when we see how beautiful view over the extraordinary ancient site of Matera. The food was delicious as well and the service just fine. We had excellent starters with different type of cheese and olives. I tasted for the first time dried pepers - peperoni secchi (nice but not wow) and my husband ate delicious orechiette with very small meatballs. Beside the excellent food, the restaurant offers a short trip inside the history of Matera as long as they arranged an utilitary museum in the gigantic caves where is placed. I say utilitary because the caverns inside the mountains is used as wine and cheese cellar. Downstairs, deep inside the stone, where the temperature is constant cool even when outside is 40 degrees, i've discover a fantastic world underground.
