UPDATED - IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER'S RESPONSE BELOW: *The response we received is not true. My husband was at the door - he knocked and pulled the handle twice. We watched 2 older males look at the door and turn away as we were there. After waiting a minute or 2, we walked away and left. I do not lie about my experiences or encounters. This restaurant didn't answer a locked door, when the sign said "Aperto" which means "Open". This has been our experience and our encounters. Whether or not other google reviewers choose to believe it is on them. I will not delete my review because this is based on our experience.

I will not continue to argue or go back and forth about what we experienced. Wishing this business well despite it all.*

The food here is incredibly tasty, especially the paella, ham, and tortilla, all of which are made just right. Each dish is full of wonderful flavors, showing how much the chef cares about quality ingredients and traditional flavours. This restaurant is truly the best place to eat in the entire area, offering a great selection of dishes for everyone to enjoy. The service is excellent, and the location adds to a really nice atmosphere for dining. The staff is not only attentive but also friendly, making you feel welcome and valued throughout your meal. I had a great time at this restaurant, as it was a perfect place for us to share a meal and create some wonderful memories together. The Spanish Corner's host's are incredible people. They tried to contact me across different channels to inform me that two tourists had found and brought my lost purse to their restaurant and that it was waiting there for me safely.

When arriving, they handed it over with a big smile and declined the tip I offered with the words: "we don't take a tip for such a service, it was a pleasure to help." I spent a lovely 30 minute break at their place with fun talks, until they helped me to stop the bus to Como that had started the return its jouney 5 minutes ahead to the schedule.
