It was the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. The grilled meat and chicken were awful (the appetisers were good), salad is average (vegetables not so fresh). Most importantly, one of the staff was so rude (story below). We arrived at the restaurant without a reservation (not knowing we needed one), one of the employees blamed me when he slipped a fork on another customer (since I was asking for a free table). After delivering the leftovers to the kitchen, he came back and asked me to wait for two minutes which I did. The two minutes magically became 30 minutes. I then went to him and asked again, to which he replied that a table will be available in 10 minutes, and yup you guessed it right, I waited for an extra 40 minutes. Finally the table became free and even before taking our seats he told us that we need to wait until he gets orders from 5 other tables. 10 minutes later he came asking us to change the table since this one was reserved and he made a mistake (I found that very disrespectful as a customer) then we ordered and waited for one hour and 40 minutes for the food to arrive (the main dish), the appetisers were delivered one dish every 15 minutes. After waiting for so long it was nothing but disappointment, the meat was soooo bad. Even when we ordered the check to leave we were told to wait for about 15 minutes. Overall, it was a bad experience, bad food, bad customer service (the old man was polite and respectful), I waited 4 hours to eat bad expensive food. One more thing I have noticed is that most of the bad reviews are deleted by the customers (after being asked several times to delete it). Even if I am asked nicely to delete my review I would not do it because it is misleading and I don’t want anyone to be fooled by the good reviews as I was. Thanks...

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU TRY THIS RESTAURANT. IT’S A SCAM. Since I can’t respond to the lies in the owner’s response on my previous review, I will respond here on another 1 star review :) If the owner’s response shows anything, it certainly shows how unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude the owner of this restaurant is. I have traveled to so many destinations, dealt with people from various nations and cultures, and tried food everywhere. I’ve never seen or had an experience worst than this ever. I rarely review any restaurant or even a business, but this restaurant and its owner deserve every zero rating. First, if you read the negative reviews on this restaurant, you will notice that they are consistent. This showcases the restaurant’s bad management and its owner’s hostile and disrespectful behavior. Second, we ARRIVED 30 minutes early, not after they closed as the owner indicated. Such a lie! They closes earlier than their hours because they’re lazy and don’t care about their customers who paid money to come try their restaurant. Third, the owner continues to be unethically sarcastic, rude and disrespectful even in his response to my review. Fourth, the owner’s behavior is consistent with his behavior in his responses to all other negative reviews here. Fifth, with absolute certainty, the owner needs to go back to first grade to learn how to be respectful and study business administration to know how to manage a business. This is such a scam. Note: if you continue to respond rudely, I will take every measure to make sure this restaurant closes by contacting authorities and telling my story to every single person in Milan. Be respectful before you serve food! If you don’t know...

I edit my previous text since I couldn’t respond to the comment below my review! The reason that I reviewed this restaurant its mainly to improve the quality of restaurant and also helping others to choose by knowing what they will get, nothing against restaurants ( so please don’t lie and write in my review that we were 5 and orders for 2, be honest!) The food was enough to get to the nearest Mac Donald’s ( I meant that the quantity of food was so less so we needed to order from others restaurants so we directly went to a Mexican restaurant and ate again since we were so hungry although we ordered 4 dishes plus one side dish for 5 people). The bill was 81 € ( ~16€ for each 5).

It took 50 min until food came and vegetables and vegetarian dish was so cold ( it supposed to serve warm). The mixed grilled and Shiah kebab was so less quantity ( in this case it should mention in the menu that it’s half portion so we know that we have to ordered several) I asked the personal why it’s that less I got the answer because we serve Italian portion which is not at all a reasonable answer). Anyway I definitely never come across to this restaurant but I hope to change the customer service, quality and quantity of the food in order to keep the...

Nice place, it really looks as a Syrian or Lebanese restaurant, with real middle-east furnishment. The plates are tasty , typical (I can argue that for there are lots of Arabian people), and each one is described by the waiter. The great cons of the place, in my opinion, are the long servicing times and the fact that the place was very crowded even though it was not the week end. Me and my girlfriend had to have dinner practically with another couple that was sitting beside of us, forcing us to whisper. So if you are a group of friend that want to have a long dinner with true, tasty oriental/ syrian food, that's the place. If you are looking for a romantic and intimate place, look somewhere else. The prices are ok and I suggest to take the Aladdin menu, which give you a taste of everything, from openers (lots) to main courses, dessert and coffee, including water, for just 30€. And trust me you'll barely be able to sit up off the chair once finished.

So good to find a halal restaurant in Milan and even better when the food and service is excellent! Thank you to the manager Abu Adam & his team for welcoming us so beautifully. We were super hungry and ordered quite a bit! Taboula, Muhamara, fattoush, chips (of course!), lamb and chicken kebab. The dips and salad were so tasty, flavoured so well and delicious with the warm bread. The kebabs were tasty and we realised that one main would have been enough as the table was full 😄 all for $74. What's also refreshing is that no alcohol is served here - the lemon & mint juice was just lovely with the food :) Also - huge thanks to Abu Adam for providing a space for us to pray before we left. Would definitely recommend this place 👌🏾

We went for Sunday lunch and ordered two types of eggplant-based appetizers, a mixed Kebab (including chicken and beef kebabs), and a side of rice. The rice was mixed with thin noodles, similar to the kind used in Persian cuisine, which added a great texture and flavor. The meat (both chicken and beef) was of good quality, but we felt that the appetizers were even better in terms of taste and preparation. We also had two soft drinks, and finished the meal with a mint tea and baklava set, which was the real highlight – both were exceptionally tasty and left a lasting impression. The total for two people came to around €67, which we found reasonable for the quality and experience.
