Alice Pizza — Restaurant in Milan

I have visited Alice pizza chains in Rome and Milan and I am convinced that the chain stores in Milan are charging excessive price intentionally in a non transparent way.

For the same pizza shown in the foto, I ordered in Rome, I paid €5.30, half of what I paid in this chain store in Milan.

It could be that the prices are higher in Milan and for this reason the store ought to disclose the prices of the pizzas, as required by regulations. However there was no price listing in this shop.

Also when the staff was asked about the prices, she refused to respond.

Last and not least a very rude staff.

I suggest avoiding Alice chains until the management start disclosing pricing in store and train their staff to be cordial.

And the pizza quality is mediocre compared to the chain...

È già la seconda volta che non mi hanno trattata come deve essere …..Molto svogliati ,non danno retta al cliente , durante l’attesa dico che ho la carta “Alice Pizza “15 minuti di attesa “ rimango con il mio telefono in mano per mostrare la carta Alice, mi dicono di pagare ,e dico ho la vostra carta ancora la seconda volta. Il commesso maleducato risponde : ma è troppo tardi doveva farmela vedere prima 😡 mi spiace mi sono arrabbiata è il commesso mi ha quasi mandata al quel paese voglia di lavorare !! Nulla … cercate di fare un servizio con personale che abbia voglia di lavorare e trattate bene i clienti !Mai più !!! Avete perso un...

Maybe their pizza is not the best in the city and it is definitely not a chic restaurant (thanks all gods!) but staff it nice, food is tasty and the price is plain great for that quality (3Eur for 1-person BIG...
