â˘Taste: The food was good, the cutlet was cooked all right, the breading was sooo crunchy and tender in the inside. The portion sizes are actually big, the âmini cotolette sbagliateâ are actually large for 250g and for that the price is actually reasonable.
~Quality - Price ratio: I ordered the âPesto di Pistacchiâ and it was filling for âŹ18.
â˘Service: We didnât have to wait a lot for our order and the waitressâ service was okay.
â˘Menu variety: Unfortunately there arenât much meat variety if youâre specifically going there for the cotolette since they only have pork cutlets. Such a shame since I was expecting to order a chicken or turkey schnitzel. There are only two vegetarian cutlet (eggplant) options if youâre looking for something halal.
â˘Atmosphere: I donât know if they are just trying to make you feel that youâre in a fine dining place (which youâre not) or theyâre just trying to save on their electric bill, but the lighting of the place was pretty dim, too dim for a dining experience at least if I may say so. But maybe itâs better at lunch (I hope). [look at the second photo for reference, the first photo was edited to give a better idea of the plate]
â˘Location: The location was pretty reachable since we came by car, and at least this time didnât have any trouble finding a parking spot (or maybe it was just sheer luck idk lol) but if youâre taking public transportation it only takes 22 mins from Duomo so I guess itâs alright.
Conclusion: although there arenât much meat varieties and the lighting was pretty dim, at the end of the day the food was good, the service was okay and especially you get what you pay for since the food was filling for the price. So overall I would say the restaurant was pretty mid.
Here is a self-made 5-star rating system I use to help me assess a food place:

Read moreWent there for lunch a few days ago and I did not enjoy it much. The place looks nice, the staff is very kind but not as well experienced. The cotoletta (wiener schnitzel) we took was not enough for two people and we were not told when we ordered 1 dish for 2 people despite we asked if it was enough food for two. The eat was a little burned which left an unpleasant taste in your mouth. They brought some read on a metal pot, which is not very attract e to look at. We ordered desserts and coffee which they forgot to serve and we had to ask them two times. The little cake and crème brÝlÊ we ate were very heavy, to sweet and did not look handmade. We paid more than 30⏠for one main course, two desserts, water and coffee. We might go again to eat there but hopefully next time it...
Read moreThe "famous" (as they told me) cotoletta sbagliata Is not as amazing as I hoped. It's huge, and that's good, but the use of almonds and orange (I personally didn't taste it though ) makes the dish somewhat too sweet. The sweetness was not balanced by salt, even when I added some afterwards. Moreover mine was way too cooked. In particular the borders were too brown to be even considered well cooked, in fact the whole dish resulted dry. We were a big table (10 I guess) and we waited a bit too much for the cottelette, even if they came all together. The bill was as expected (about 30 euro for full menu plus wine). Last weak note is the service: it was ok but for the place I was expecting some "warmer" service. I really don't like to give bad reviews but this time I was...
