Worst food I’ve ever even looked at in Italy. The man who met us at the door was one of the worst service-workers I’ve ever encountered. He firstly wouldn’t let us see the menu without sitting down. Then we realised the menu was lacking so we strategically decided to only get drinks. He then proceeded to disregard our multiples pleas to only have a few beers. His response was to nod, then bring out two plates of a mix of leftover- left between the couch cushion- then reheated, assortment of “Italian dishes”. (a single dry chicken wing and two grey stale chicken nuggets were examples). Before we could even process what the waiter drops in front of us, he promptly requires payment for this abhorrent semi-edible “food” . I recommend to anyone who has any tastebuds or a desire for common decency and edible food to stay as far away as this “restaurant” as possible. Beer...

SCAM ALERT! We saw some fresh fruit displayed at the counter so went in for some fresh juice. The board displayed various mixed fruit juices. We asked and they confirmed that juices were fresh. When we sat down at one of the tables in front of the counter, they insisted we move to one of the tables inside. I didn’t want to but they kept insisting, so we moved since we were tired. I noticed they moved another couple that came later to the outside the same way from a table near the counter. It was weird because it didn’t make sense. Now I understand why. After I drank I had a terrible case of acid reflux like I do from packaged fruit juice, which doesn’t happen with fresh juice. They need to move you away from the counter so you cannot see that they don’t have fresh juice and they are charging €6 for a glass of packaged...

Myself and my friend ordered a cocktail each and a lasagne- advertised on the menu and by the waiter as €12 each, a should have been €24. Instead of a lasagne, we were given this monstrosity on a plate- cold and gelatinous, and then when we politely complained that we didn’t get what was ordered, we went to pay for the cocktails as we had actually eaten them. The lady at the till was obnoxiously rude and had absolutely no manners, and didn’t offer anything in return for the bad service we received. She then proceeded to give us a bill of €26. Not only was this more than advertised, but she wasn’t willing to discount the price seeing as we didn’t eat whatever it was they served to us.
