Burger Room 23 — Restaurant in Milan

Just got off our flight and arrived in Milan and found the burger room. The gent serving was amazing, having to adapt to language barriers for me and my 2 friends, he was funny and had a great sense of humour! We only waited around 15 mins from the moment we sat down to when our food came out, the food quality of the burgers and fries was the potentially the best I’ve ever had! Great food, even better service! Came in later in the evening for takeout, with no other customers around, and was greeted warmly by the owner. I placed my order, and while waiting, the owner treated me to a light snack and a glass of wine! The burger was absolutely delicious, and the service made it even that much better. Ho prenotato un tavolo per 5 su The Fork sabato 8 giugno per le 19:30, era presente lo sconto 20%, ma non mi interessava; avevamo un impegno al teatro vicino per le 20:30 e avevamo scelto il ristorante per questo motivo e perchè le recensioni sul cibo erano ottime. Quando siamo arrivati il locale era pieno, il gestore sembrava non sapere della prenotazione, ma ci ha comunque sistemato un tavolo. Avendo un’ora a disposizione abbiamo gentilmente chiesto se saremmo risuciti a mangiare, ci è stato risposto che c’era un po’ di attesa, ma che in mezz’ora ci avrebbero servito. Dopo mezz’ora non erano ancora venuti a prendere l’ordinazione del cibo, quindi ci siamo alzati, abbiamo pagato l’acqua e siamo andati via. Non sarebbe stato un problema se ci avessero avvisato da subito che non era possibile mangiare in un’ora, ma cosi abbiamo aspettato inutilmente mezz’ora e non siamo riusciti a cenare.
