I came in on a Saturday night right when they opened at 7. I was kindly greeted and seated. I was asked if I had a reservation. I did not and saw others without reservations being seated but I would definitely recommend you have one. By the time I finished and left at 8, the restaurant was packed.

They have three different seating areas. Inside. Right outside the restaurant along the front of the restaurant. And in a glass building just in front of the restaurant. I sat outside in an area that had several tables for two. Since I was dining alone, it was a great place to be sitting to people watch.

I started out with a young lady server. She dropped off and ended up working in the outside building as things got busier. Then an older gentleman stepped in. They were both very nice but definitely didn’t speak English but they did their best to communicate. The menu is in Italian, but on the front of the menu you can scan a code and it takes you to an English menu.

I ordered a pizza with ham and mushrooms. It came out pretty quickly and was delicious. The crust was really great and the toppings were plentiful. It seemed like more people ordered pizza here than other menu items. I finished my meal with tiramisu. It was tasty but not the best I’ve had. That being said, the pizza would definitely bring me back.

I will be back. I appreciated the kindness of the servers and the pizza was really good. If you don’t want to dine in, I saw many people stopping by and picking up...

Visited with a few local friends. This place doesn’t have a touristy vibe, but the food is among the most authentic in Milano. The menu is extensive. We had the polpo and Siciliano pizza, along with a bottle of Veneto white wine (Suma 2023). The octopus was soft and well-cooked, with a sweet fig jam twist that paired nicely with the fried zucchini flowers filled with ricotta. We finished with tiramisu and delizia al limone, both delicious. The tiramisu was light, so it’s easy to finish one yourself, though we shared.

We had a booking for Saturday night and it was busy, so walking in might be tough. If you’re sitting outside in summer, don’t forget mosquito spray, they’re...

I found this delightful Milanese restaurant via Google Maps. Impeccable welcome and service in an outdoor area (but completely enclosed and covered, and neatly and pleasantly decorated) on the sidewalk in front of the restaurant. The starter, Tris di bruschette, the delicious Oro é Mare pizza, and Calamarata zucchine e gamberi were divine, wonderful combinations of flavors, smooth and very professional and friendly service by the various staff members, and all at a more than reasonable price. We will definitely recommend this place to our Belgian friends; it is a real Milanese restaurant and not a tourist trap in...

Our second night in Milan. We wanted to find a local place to our hotel and was craving pizza. We didn’t have a booking and they very quickly found us a table even though it was busy. The staff was very friendly and our pizzas came straight from the pizza oven to the table! It was absolutely amazing food. I didn’t want the pizza to end. There was also and outside area which seemed to be dog friendly which I think is a major positive. Affordable, delicious and easy.
