Filante - Porta Genova — Restaurant in Milan

We just came back from the restaurant, and all we could think about after leaving is writing a very good review!! The food was AMAZING, the pizza was thick, delicious, appetising and very fulfilling. It was honestly one of the best pizza I’ve ever had. The most important part about the review is the staff: the guy that served us was SOOOO nice and friendly. He welcomed us so warmly and he talked with us a lot about a lot of things and even got interested about facts about us. He was very nice and honestly deserved every bit of our tip ! Anyways, I recommend this restaurant so bad if you love pizza, heartwarming staff...

Finally a Milano style pizza worthy of the many calories ingested, lol. There’s no competition with other places offering the same “deep dish” kind of pizza. Not greasy, well leavened, I digested it in a few minutes after the last bite. The place is very clean and merrily decorated, service is attentive and efficient. The red beer Dolomiti is fantastic, goes down like water. Parking is impossible, take a bus or a trolley to get to this area full of restaurants and pubs. Near the Porta Genova...

Absolutely fantastic experience at Filante in Milan! The pizza was incredibly delicious, with fresh ingredients and a perfect crust—truly some of the best I’ve had. The service was excellent, and our waiter, Gabriele, made the evening even better with his humor and charm. He kept us laughing and ensured everything was just right. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for amazing pizza and great vibes. Five stars...
