Antonioli — Local services in Milan

Beautiful store, with an amazing selection of brands. I have also received great customer service with purchases here as well. My issue is the way you are followed around the store the whole time you are there. I’ve never experienced anything like it. As soon as you walk in you’re constantly stared at, and stalked through the whole store, everywhere you go, sometimes even by multiple employees at a time. I used to love going to Antonioli but the experience there has become so uncomfortable, I don’t like shopping there at all. I used to recommend this store to my friends and people who asked me where to go when they visit Milan, and they’ve all told me this same thing too. That they’ve had horrible experiences with being followed around the store. Over the years, I've always shopped online at Antonioli, and finally, I got the chance to physically visit the store in Milan. The sensorial experience of entering the store is spectacular; the store interior and layout of the products are uncomplicated on the eyes, making browsing an extraordinary experience. In addition, the sales consultants were approachable and cordial when I was browsing around, and I didn't feel uncomfortable, which is often an experience you get as a consumer inside a luxury store. Amazing selection of designers, beautiful decor and presentation. Unfortunately the Chinese girl really ruined the whole experience. A deep sigh in front of our faces because we wanted to try a pair of shoes 10 mins before closing? And constantly on her phone following us? Not wanting to help out with advice on selection in store? If you don’t want us there, please close your shop.

Was about to spend a substantial amount of money here as they offer most of the designers I like. Unfortunately I still ended up buying a pair of shoes from them while I shouldn’t have spent a penny.
