Horrible, i think they are understaffed or just plain not used to work. We wait like 30mins to have a wrong order, cold soup, and soggy noodles!!! I saw since more than 10mins that in the kitchen that there are 5 bowls of ramen just being left like that as the server 100% confused of what the order are and which table to serve. We came first but there are another 2 tables that get the food first. I also saw the chef are arguing with the server regarding the order.. super bad!! One server for the whole restaurant obviously not good. But they keep accepting customers! We also didn’t get the chopsticks even after the ramen served. Wonderful food at a reasonable price. The reasons for a 5 star review: All the noodles, dumplings and even the fishballs handmade in an open kitchen. Service with a smile and the food arrived quickly even though the place was completely full. Even though we didn't book, they managed to squeeze us (3 people) in after about 10 minutes of waiting. Per la prima volta mi dilungherò per una recensione perché questo posto merita davvero. Inizio in ordine cronologico, dal rapporto con il proprietario alla qualità del cibo. Oggi ho ordinato d’asporto da questo negozio per la prima volta. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo, nonostante un nostro primo rifiuto ad ordinare. Dopo poco scegliamo di ordinare e il proprietario è stato disponibilissimo, sopratutto dopo alcune richieste di consigli. Non sapendo se prendere manzo o maiale, di sua volontà mi ha proposto un mix non presente sul menu. Abbiamo atteso pochissimo e nonostante questo, ci è stata offerta una birra in regalo. Abbiamo pagato poco più di 30 euro per una cena MOLTO ABBONDANTE per due persone (tra cui una vegetariana). Andati via veniamo raggiunti di corsa dal proprietario che aveva dimenticato di inserire la salsa di soia. Nonostante abbia letteralmente corso per raggiungerci si è pure scusato mille volte. Un gesto di gentilezza davvero raro al giorno d’oggi. QUALITÀ DEL CIBO: Potevo già scrivere una recensione dopo quello accaduto, ma ho voluto aspettare per assaggiare il cibo.
