Forno San Luigi di Officine del Dolce — Restaurant in Milan

The waiters are super rude, like they’re forced to do their job. The lady in the glasses literally screamed at me, because I wanted to use my breakfast vouchers at once (I am leaving early in the morning and the hotel owner allowed me to do so). Throwing a brioche on me and cursing (don’t you know that we know italian curses?). Also she lied that she only has brioche without filling, when the ones filled with pudding were put on the display (maybe the „better ones” are just for the Italians?) English isn’t my first language either, but I am trying my best. She even didn’t try to smile, like I was her enemy 😂.. you make a living out of tourists.. I don’t understand your behaviour. All this to make me a so-called cappucino and throw a defrozen brioche at me. Well done, ltalians. Greetings...

Staff needs to undergo training. I have experienced a few occasions where staff were abrupt and impolite. There were shouting amongst themselves the last time we arrived.

The server at the counter had a small cut and left a blood stained napkin on the work surface while continuing to serve customers.

I would have preferred that the injury was attended to and the blood stained napkin disposed away before he touched any food.

Last and not least, a poorly leavened (see foto) pain aux chocolate was served to us when that item should have been disposed of when there was a tray filled with properly leavened ones, just because we were the first to have arrived...

There are good aspects of this locale, but the service truly negates any positive...

Il posto lo conosco perché l’ho frequentato molte volte e condivido le opinioni delle altre persone. Mi sono sempre trovato bene, da un po’ che non passavo ed oggi ho deciso di far colazione lì visto che reputavo il forno San Luigi ottimo; dunque credo qualcosa sia cambiato, non so se sarà la gestione o il personale perché ho visto persone diverse. Ho chiesto un cappuccino ed una brioche in modalità prendi al banco e porta te stesso al tavolo, a mano perché il vassoio non te lo do. 😳 Sorvolando questo particolare, chiedo di farmi pagare e mi dicono €4,3 per un cappuccino ed una brioche, ho chiesto chiarimenti e la signora alla cassa mi specifica che mi avevano dato la brioche con doppia farcitura e che quella costava €2,80, ho pagato ho portato i due piattini al un tavolino vicino, il cappuccino fatto bene, la brioche l’ho dissezionata praticamente perché incuriosito di questo prezzo, 🧐 Purtroppo farcitura preso che scarsa, non ho ritenuto di far la foto perché confido nella gestione di correggere il tiro. Tenete in considerazione che siete obbligati a pubblicare i prezzi dei prodotti che vendete, anche un semplice cartello basta. Una volta se non ricordo male c’era, ora non più.

NB: la brioche l’ho restituita al banco, anche se l’ho pagata, non l’ho mangiata, perché aspetto non era dei migliori, nonostante il...
