Kusina ni Lodi has become my ultimate go-to Filipino restaurant in Milan, and I can't help but sing its praises! Located just a short stroll away from Brenta Subway Station, this culinary gem has captured my heart with its authentic and delectable Pinoy cuisine. During my visit, I had the pleasure of indulging in their Lechon Kawali Lauriat, and let me tell you, it was an absolute delight! The lechon was cooked to perfection, with its skin incredibly crispy and the meat bursting with flavor. It also includes udon, siomai, buchi and fried rice. The combination was impeccable, with the udon noodles cooked to a delightful texture and the siomai packed with savory goodness. The fried rice was fragrant and paired flawlessly with the other dishes. It was a true feast for the senses! And how could I forget their Halo-halo?Kusina ni Lodi's version of this classic dessert was a refreshing and colorful masterpiece. The medley of sweet treats, crushed ice, and creamy toppings left me in awe. It was the perfect finale to an unforgettable meal. Beyond the incredible food, what truly sets Kusina ni Lodi apart is the warm and welcoming ambiance. From the moment I stepped in, I felt like I was at home. The attentive and friendly staff made my dining experience even more enjoyable, and their genuine passion for sharing Filipino cuisine was evident in every aspect of the restaurant. I was lucky to meet the proud owner Sir Franco and had a quick chat on how they started the business. If you're in Milan and crave a taste of the Philippines, don't hesitate to pay Kusina ni Lodi a visit. It's more than just a restaurant; it's a place that bridges the gap continents and allows us to savor the betweenessence of Pinoy cuisine. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

We went to Milan expecting to eat great pasta but then we stumbled at this amazing place called Kusina ni Lodi then my inner Filipino blood was amazed how delicious the food here. We ordered the Bundat Lauriat and their famous Lomi. Bundat Lauriat was really good! It has everything you could ask for! Siomai, chicharon, lumpia, and sinangag. Then Lomi came
. It came out super hot, that while I was eating it I have to fan myself lol it was so good and it came with everything as well! And then the dessert
I had to get the scrambled to reminisced my elementary days in Philippines and it did not fail at all. I was surprised that they managed to get everything right from the powdered sugar, chocolate syrup and the wafer. Sobrang sarap lahat!!!!! If you are in Milan don’t think twice, go visit them and you will not get disappointed. My review doesn’t end here. I just want to applaud the employees and the owner of Kusina ni Lodi. They are family business and I know that they are proud of this business that they built. Eating here was a reminder how Filipino community will always have the best experience you will have. The owner was so nice that they make sure that we are well taken care off, they even gave us a leche flan sample that it was so good I want to order a whole pan but I have to stop myself because I’m on a diet (Charot) I’m so glad we ended up eating here for our last night here in Milan because they definitely made it a memorable experience. we wish you all the best and we hope we can visit you again soon!

THE BEST WAY TO DESCRIBE THE PLACE IS LIKE HOME. I REALLY LOVE TO EAT ALL FILIPINO CUISINE AND EVERYTIME I GO TO MY FAVORITE FILIPINO RESTAURANTS HERE IN MILAN I ALWAYS FEEL THE SAME WAY AS HOME. THE PLACE IS NOT LIKE ANY RESTAURANTS WITH SPACIOUS DINE IN PLACE BUT THEY CAN ACCOMODATE UP TO 10-12 PERSONS INSIDE. SUMMER WITH A GOOD WEATHER THEY CAN ALSO PUT TABLES OUTSIDE WHICH THEY CAN PUT MORE TABLES FOR PEOPLE WHO WANNA DINE IN.THE FOOD WE ATE THAT WE ALREADY ADMIRE IS THE “SILOG MEALS” . THEY HAVE A VERY UNIQUE “HUGOT” NICKNAMES THAT IS SO FUNNY THAT I ALWAYS LAUGH AND SMILE WHEN I READ THEM. (IF YOU ARE FILIPINO,YOU KNOW THAT)HAHAHA . SO I RECOMMEND TO YOU GUYS TO GO AND TRY. MAYBE THERE WILL BE A SLIGHT PROBLEM WHEN YOU ORDER AND THEY ARE FULL. THEY TAKE AWHILE TO SERVE THE DISHES BUT I TELL YOU IT IS WORTH WAITING. 😋 I CAN’t WAIT TO COMEBACK AND TRY THE OTHER FILIPINO DISHES THEY SERVE.

If you’re craving authentic Pinoy comfort food in Milan, Kusina ni Lodi is an absolute must-try! From the moment you step in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere makes you feel right at home. The owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating, always eager to share the stories behind the dishes and make sure you have the best dining experience possible.

The food? Simply outstanding. Every dish is made with love and it truly shines in both flavor and presentation. Whether you’re indulging in classic favorites like sinigang na baboy, adobo, or their flavorful bicol express, you’ll taste the freshness and richness of traditional Filipino ingredients. The crispy pata and lechon kawali are particularly standouts—perfectly crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside.

Kusina ni Lodi also does a fantastic job of making you feel like you’re dining at a friend’s house rather than just another restaurant. The owner takes time to engage with guests, making sure everyone is happy and satisfied. It’s rare to find such personalized service, and it really elevates the whole experience.

Highly recommend Kusina ni Lodi to anyone who wants to enjoy delicious, home-cooked Filipino meals in a welcoming, friendly environment. You won’t leave...
