Perfectly fine food, has good and accurate allergen information and a very refined and nice atmosphere. We had a reservation for a party of 7 and got our table no issue.

It took 45 minutes for us to get our menus, then they didn't have enough, then another hour for some appetizers and first courses. Second courses had been ordered by some and while we waited for another very long time, one staff member, likely the manager, came up to us (almost obviously targetting us as tourists, since others had been there longer) telling us we need to either order a dessert or leave. We had not received our second course and it was not until the waitress who took our order stopped him did he leave, and no apology was made for this rudeness, nor any compensation. We decided to wait again for our food but it had been 2.5 hours in total and we decided to simply pay for what we had received and left.

This is obviously an organizational problem, it was New Years Eve and obviously very busy, they had overbooked and were asking us with a reservation to leave because of poor planning. It was very frustrating, but our waitress was very nice and I believe that the restaurant is likely deserving of a very high rating but this behavior was embarrassing to watch and again, frustrating. On our way out and during our stay there were lots of customers waiting for a table.

Other issues: don't order whatever the salad is, it comes with no dressing and costs 8 euros. We asked for two bottles of water and were charged presumably because they decided one had to be sparkling, which seemed like a blatant attempt to leech money. The dish I ordered also had noodles which were definitely TOO al dente, I had to make an effort to chew...

Walking with friends, we stopped with the intention to grab a cocktail and go. We were seated outside and greeted warmly by the staff. The Manhattans were delicious and generous. Anything similar back home would have been double the price. The waitress brought out a normal selection of snacks to accompany the drinks, but added a basket of what she described as fried chickpea squares. Delicious! We soon convinced ourselves to stay for dinner.

Grilled octopus, oysters, seared tuna, the daily fish special (can't remember specifically my friend's order), and eggplant were all incredibly well presented and delicious. Wine pairing recommendation was wonderful with the seafood and the staff provided complimentary cannolis at the conclusion of dinner.

I have already told friends to make this place a part of their itinerary for Milan. Wonderful staff, food, and decor. It didn't hurt the weather was wonderful outside that day, but the staff encouraged us to view the inside before departing. Beautiful all around!

Compliments to the staff for a wonderful meal and such a welcoming environment...

My party had a reservation for 8 pm on New Year's Eve. We were very excited to try based on many reviews and photos online. I would recommend coming here if you are full, because you probably will not be eating.

We got our menus (because they have a lack of menus?) after about half an hour. We ordered at around 8:50 (reminder that we arrived at 8). Some of our food did not arrive for about another hour. By 10 pm the manager, or owner, came to notify us that we need to vacate our table unless we ordered dessert. Half of our food had not even arrived yet. The man is not on top of this restaurant in any way. The lady serving us was very nice though.

We called it around 10:20 and just paid for what we received and left. The man offered no apology for the service or delays. By the time we left there were still many people waiting to be seated. All I saw were people who would most likely ring in 2025 sitting at their table and staring at an empty plate.

Overall, I would probably choose a cheaper way to starve. Save your time and...

We had a reservation for 8pm, sat down and didn't even receive menus for over 40 minutes, no water or bread. When they finally brought the menus, they didn't have enough. After ordering (appetizers and 2 courses), we waited another 45 minutes (at least) for the appetizer /first course. Then after finishing up the very small portions of food we waited again. The manager came over and very rudely told us that we needed to order dessert or we would have to leave. We informed him, via the kind waitress who spoke English, that we hadn't even received what we ordered. He did not apologize for the rudeness or misunderstanding and we waited more. After having been at the restaurant for 2.5 hours and still without our 2nd course, we asked for the bill and left. The food we did receive was good, but not good enough to justify the wait, rudeness, or high price.
