Cafezal Brunch & Specialty Coffee Hub — Restaurant in Milan

The place is very nice and perfect for overpriced speciality coffee . The vibes are the same of those International chains. There are plenty of seats inside, a well designed and lush environment and seats that are really comfortable-making you want to stay more. There is an outside seating area as well.

A chai latte ☕️cost €5 (6.50 with soy milk and take away). The unexplainable thing is that it’s served in a small cup… Totally missing the point of “latte” . However the taste was really really great! I didn’t try it - but Super interesting is the South American Mate options in their drinks menu.

They offer several vegan treats options like banana bread, chocolate cupcake, hazelnut cake and a few other sweets . The baked cheesecake 🍰( 6€ ) was well made, perfect balance between the berry coulis and the cheesecake, baked to perfection...

The briosche with eggs was old and hard to chew, not a briosche I would expect at 12:00 which is supposed to be crunchy and light. The guy didn’t come to clean our table nor to pick up the dishes (the girl was on point but the guy was so careless). The same guy grinded my coffee I asked for french press so coarse that my french press won’t flow through the metal net for how stuck it gets, indeed the coffee is coarse and works good on a V60 (which wasn’t what I asked). On top of everything the manager does not even know the prices of what he sells, he gave me 3 different prices in 5 minutes to then having to check on their website to see what was the correct price. All of this while chatting with her girlfriend and me standing there waiting. Nice coffee, awful...

Had the pleasure of having coffee and food here twice.

When ever I'm traveling I'm always in the search for speciality coffee, and Cafezal was on my list. It definitely did not disappoint!

Tried both their filter with delicious Mexican beans and their pure brew, which was funky and fermented. The price varies from 4-7€ for the specialty coffee, but it's well worth it due to the quality and care put in it as well as the taste!

Their food is excellent as well with good ingredients and cooked to perfection.

And to top it all off the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable about their coffee.

All in all a great place for both coffee lovers and people just wanting a normal coffee...
