I went today with my boyfriend at FraDiavolo viale Premuda and had a terrible experience. We booked with the Fork and the staff advised that the sconto does not apply when we went to pay. On top of it I had a discount code from FraDiavolo of 20% which the staff advised was applied but when we paid there was no discount. The staff said unfortunately it didn’t go ahead which for me is absurd to lie to a customer. The scontrino also had an extra dessert added which was never ordered. Sono stato in questa pizzeria il 24 marzo del 2024 e ho ordinato la classica margherita. Avevo soddisfatto la mia fame di giustizia con "Kung Fu Panda 4" al Multisala Colosseo e sulla via del ritorno trovo per caso questa pizzeria, orientato dalla fame di cibo. L'esperienza soddisfa tutti i sensi. In primis il tatto: la consistenza dell'impasto è di qualità, l'impasto è morbido ma non gommoso. Inoltre, un cornicione così curato non lo vedevo da quando sono stato a Napoli. Il gusto: il sugo risponde presente all'appello. Solitamente c'è sempre il rischio che il formaggio si prenda la scena o che la pizza sappia troppo d'impasto. Invece non è questo il caso: in più, il sugo sa di sugo e non di pomodoro, quindi la cottura è ben curata. Tutti gli ingredienti in generale sono di qualità. Olfatto: la pizza profuma, e sia per quanto riguarda il gusto, sia per quanto riguarda l'olfatto, tutti gli ingredienti sono ben armonizzati. Vista e udito: la foto mostra la qualità della pizza, ma l'intera location è accogliente: luci e suoni nel locale sono ben regolati, non disturbano affatto le persone e ogni spazio è curato artisticamente (compreso il bagno). Il bagno è pulito. Ultima nota: mi ha sorpreso in positivo che ad ogni cliente vengono fornite posate, rotella per tagliare, tovaglioli e tutto l'occorrente in una elegante scatola. They put that they close at 3:00 pm and I went on 2:05 pm so before 1 hour of closure, when I arrived the girl told me that there is no place while there were 7 tables free, which was not accepted for me at all !!!
