SCAMMERS!!! Absolute scammers. Eat here if you want mid food and horrible service. There's other reviews you'll see about their deceit as we had the same problems. Somehow this place has 4.7 stars, probably a lot of fake reviews.

I ordered 2 Shish Koftas (15 euros each) and 1 Kebab Piadina. The piadina was fine, no complaints there. But when the server gave us our Shish Koftas (basically a plate with rice, onions, grilled tomatoes), he gave us the Kofta Plates as pictured below (9 euros). It matches the exact picture on their menu as a plate and not the item we ordered. Right when he gave us the meal I told him this is not what we ordered and he dismissed me briefly and said it was Shish and that he was bringing us pita for the dish (I guess as a compensation that it wasn't correct?). I sat there contemplating saying something again because I genuinely didn't want this dish but I didn't want to be difficult so ate the meal anyway. No big deal, as long as he charges me for the correct item. He charged me for the price of 2 Shish Koftas instead of the kofta plates. When I questioned it he said it was in fact what we ordered. Either he's really dumb or was just scamming us because the food is the exact same as the plated item. We refused to pay for something we didn't receive so started yelling at us to call the cops and that we ate the food so we had to pay for the Shish price. His only response to the food not matching the pictures is that they were out of rice. He never told us that nor did he give us any of the correct vegetables. Since we're not dumb travelers we refused to pay for the incorrect items. He finally gave us the correct price but then again overcharged us on the beer. There's 2 different menus apparently and the menu he gave us had a lower price but the menu he showed us had a higher price. Again, we were not going to pay the higher price. Overall a horrible experience. They probably scam a lot more travelers. This dude has no morals whatsoever and was so disrespectful when communicating...

The kebab is fine. If you really need something to eat - yeah, it’s a fine choice, but I didn’t really like it. Most of the kebabs in the city have much more meat than this one. This also has too much vegetables and not enough sauce. Also, a minus because of the “coperto” which is not mentioned before you sit down. Most of the places have €2 coperto, this place asks for €3. And! They kind of don’t tell you if what you’re asking for is more expensive (we had this situation with beer which was priced at €3, and they brought the one for €5). Very bad service had to wait over an hour for the food while I saw people that sat after us get served before us, we asked for sauces and the guy ignored us and went to do other random things, i asked for cheesy chips and waited for them and they didn't make it for us either, its like they choose what they want to serve you and if it fits them! Not to mention the waiter made racial jokes which wasn't laughable!

Food wasn't the best either not...
