I reserved a table for lunch and was so excited to try this place. However, even after my reservation was confirmed, when we arrived at the restaurant we were denied service. No one bothered to contact me beforehand to say lunch wasn’t being served, and when we asked why we couldn’t eat, we were told the menu was “changing” so we couldn’t have lunch. In the middle of the conversation, the waiter or host or whoever it was helping us interrupted me mid-sentence to take a phone call and disappeared. The man who seemed to be the manager didn’t acknowledge our presence or offer any kind of apology, and instead he continued to work on his computer. Overall it was terrible customer service, there was no offer to make a reservation for another time or anything like that. I was pretty appalled and disappointed to say the least …...

We stopped by this place expecting a quality Italian experience, but unfortunately, it was a real letdown. We ordered two prosciutto cotto sandwiches with cheese — nothing special, just basic ingredients slapped onto what tasted like store-bought flatbread (definitely not authentic Italian bread). Along with two Aperol Spritz, the bill came to a staggering €74, including a €10 coperto charge.

For what we received, the price was completely unjustifiable. The food was mediocre at best, and the value just isn’t there.
