Pino |Ristorante Pizzeria — Restaurant in Milan

I now went to this restaurant twice and I was very impressed the first time. The food was great and the waiter was very nice. However, now that I visited the second time, it was a disaster: One of us didn't want tomatoes on their dish, so we asked the waitress to ask the chef if that would be possible. After a few minutes, we got the information that this would be no problem: They would serve the dish on two plates, one with the Pasta and the other one for the Buratta (very complicated, they could've just make the sauce without the tomatoes). Nevertheless, we agreed. The food came and tasted delicious. However, when it was time to pay, the check included extra 8€ only for not wanting tomatoes on the pasta, which the waitress didn't tell us about beforehand. She only told us that they would serve the Burrata on another plate. We then asked the waitress why she didn't inform us and that it was in her responsibility to give us that information beforehand. She then started discussing and argued very loud without any sign of discernment nor respect. She then called the manager, which changed the bill in our favor and treated us very kindly afterwards. We went there just to have a couple of beers with a friend. When the waiter came, he said that we cannot just have beers but need to order something to eat as well. We didn’t understand the reason, but also didn’t ponder on it too much and said that it’s fine and we are going to leave. As we were preparing to leave, another waiter showed up with two beers in his hand. We explained that we were leaving since we only wanted to have drinks. They first said that it’s ok but as we started walking away the manager stopped us and asked us to pay for the beers that we didn’t drink! After a few minutes of arguing we sat for two minutes bottomed up the stupid beers and left.

Cannot comment on the quality of the food, but the staff (especially the manager) is very rude. Stay away if you don’t want to risk ruining...

Terrible service and within 2 minutes you realised you made a terrible mistake. Waitress took part our order and then forgot to return to complete the order . So another waitress ( the only decent person working here it seems) re took our order . Only this was messed up too as my pizza came out before the starter. In fact the starter hadn’t even been ordered. By the time the eggplant parmigiana turned up I was seriously sceptical about how it would be. I was right. It tasted of old bad oil and I immediately decided no way I am eating that. Then when one of the main courses turned up ( my pizza) it was clearly the same pizza ,now cold and solidifying.
