An Enchanting Culinary Journey at Mabuhay Restaurant

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mabuhay Restaurant, and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience that left a lasting impression. From the moment I stepped foot into the restaurant, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality from the staff, setting the tone for a delightful evening. The ambiance of Mabuhay Restaurant is simply enchanting. The décor captures the essence of Filipino culture, with tasteful touches that create a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Now let's talk about the food a true feast for the senses. Mabuhay Restaurant offers a diverse menu featuring authentic Filipino cuisine, and each dish I tasted was a revelation. The flavors were vibrant and rich, showcasing the culinary expertise of the talented chefs. every bite was a celebration of Filipino gastronomy. One standout dish that I can't stop raving about is the bagnet, the pork dish that was succulent, crispy, and packed with incredible flavors. The meat was incredibly tender, and the skin was perfectly crispy, making it a truly memorable culinary experience. The tokwat baboy, a dish mixed with tofu en pork meat, was another highlight, with crispy tofu texture and the perfect balance of flavors specialty with their homemade sauce. Truely Filipino flavours that are levelled up. The staff at Mabuhay Restaurant deserve special praise for their exceptional service. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of excellent. They were more than happy to explain each dish, offer recommendations, and accommodate any special requests with a smile. Beyond the delicious food and friendly service, Mabuhay Restaurant truly embraces the spirit of Filipino hospitality. The staff made me feel like a valued guest, and the warm atmosphere created a sense of comfort and familiarity that is hard to find elsewhere. In conclusion, Mabuhay Restaurant is a hidden gem that deserves all the accolades it receives. The food is exceptional, the staff is genuinely friendly and attentive, and the overall experience is one that will linger in your memory long after you leave. Whether you are a Filipino food enthusiast or simply looking for a remarkable dining experience, Mabuhay Restaurant is a must-visit...

While visiting Milan, my wife and I got hungry and we crossed that rubicon of 3:00 pm (in the States, restaurants rarely close for afternoon breaks) where one second guesses, if he or she should go inside a restaurant and be given the “look.” These guys didn’t give me any looks—actually, the head chef came out and told us to take our time and eat. The crew is also about to take their 3:30 break, and if we don’t mind, they might dine around us. These guys are cool people. The food is sublimely amazing. There are some many subtle details and techniques that these chefs implemented in their food, that it is shocking to taste food that I have eaten my whole life to taste so differently. Tokwat Baboy: a street food staple was prepared with a little more char than I’m used to and a lot less fat, the result? A better tasting experience because the fat doesn’t overwhelm you. The tofu was also dehydrated so that it complements the crunchiness of the meat. There are other non Filipino food in the menu, and before you judge why? try it, they’re really good. The dessert that we tried was an ube float. Never heard of it? Me neither. My goodness, it’s a recreated version of ube halaya. The server told us to try it and I’m so glad we did. If you never had Filipino food before-try it. If you’re a Filipino who grew up on these types of food—try it and you’ll feel that you’ve eaten your childhood meals with a different set of palette. Dining here gave me a sense that I’ve been a part of something special—an elevation of my...

This definitely Hands down one of the best Filipino Foods I ever had! We visited Milan this past September and I met a lot of Filipino, and I wondered if they have Filipino restaurant in Milan, I wasn't expecting a lot since we are in Milan, Italy -- known for wonderful, delicious Italian Foods but here I am googling Filipino Restaurant near me, then the rest is history. After reading the reviews there was no doubt I will miss the opportunity to eat Filipino food in Milan lol. We made reservations for 8pm but I could not wait any longer so we were there earlier and thankfully we got seated. The staff here is so amazing! they are so friendly and it always amazes me that they can speak in Italian, tagalog and English!! We tried the siomai, vegetable spring for appetizer and the siomai was the winner! it takes just like what i remember in Philippines, I was very impressed, then for the main entree I got the adobo bowl and my husband was confused on what to get and the table behind us was nice enough to let us try the pancit and it was sooooo good! so we decided to order the pancit and I am glad we did! gotta love our Filipino community for making us try their food! and then the dessert! we had leche flan and fruit salad and I was dancing with happiness! it was so good!

Mabuhay is definitely a must try place here in Milan. If ever we get the chance to visit Milan again you know for sure this will be one of my...

Good quality small Filipino restaurant. We have choosed this location thanks to the advice of friends who had already eaten here. It is a Japanese and Filipino restaurant. We have chosen to try only Filipino dishes. Small location: only a few tables inside and fortunately also four tables outside. The mise en place is simple and the service was a bit slow, but on the other hand the chef (very nice) advised us very well, so we took the spring roll (which is bigger than the Chinese one and not at all greasy; inside we tasted the fresh vegetables. Following the pork ravioli (made with a very thin and light sheet of pasta) ... As a main course we chose the BINALOT NA ADOBO PORK (a roast of pork with soy sauce covered with banana leaves which for tasting was roasted at the table with a blowtorch (choreographic). The meat was accompanied by white rice, hard-boiled eggs, cherry tomatoes and cucumbers. Really very tasty and interesting. The second main course we chose was the TOWA'T BABOY (pork belly and fried tofu with soy sauce, vinegar, lemon and spring onions. Unfortunately we couldn't drink Filipino beer, but they offered us an UNFILTERED ICHNUSA which was great. to the alternative. Nice evening and average prices. Well done!
