My son got terrible foodpoisening from the chicken in the so called Ceasar Salad. He ate a margarita pizza and all of the chicken in the salad and got very sick just a few hours later.
I only ate the toppings from my pizza because it just wasn’t tasteful enough to eat more of the pizza. I had a pizza with meatballs that looked and tasted like IKEA meatballs.
The so called Caesar salad consisted of spinach, iceberg lettuce (should be romaine according to the menu), flavorless dressing, very thinly sliced chicken and a lot of overpowering black olives. No croutons, no Parmesan cheese, no anchovy. In other words: NOT Caesar salad.
Even without the foodpoisening I wouldn’t give more than 1 star for the food. All the people who give this place raving reviews must have very low standards.
When I went to the register to pay, the manager asked if all was good while looking at our table with our unfinished plates. I told him we weren’t satisfied with the food. He just smiled and accepted my...
Read moreWell for starters I'm from America. So I came here looking for a vegan Italian pizza! . We ordered the Parmagiana , pizza frita , and vegan pizza special. I have been vegan for over 4 years. . so to be honest I broke my veganism to try a taste of Italian culture. The Parmagiana was amazing I would recommend it to anyone visiting Milan . The vegan pizza was good but not recommended simply because it's just not what your looking for if you want to taste something similar to a "original" pizza. Also the pizza frita I ordered was not what I expected I thought I was getting a pizza supreme as we call it in America with everything on it . When it came back it was just like a pizza pie which mind you was pretty good just that I was expecting a pizza. Anyway we gave four stars because the wait was long about 40 mins to get a table but the food was good and the beer on tap was a lot tastier and stronger than we anticipated. Definitely try the blonde beer on...
Read moreOne of the best pizzas I have eaten in my entire life. They also have a great selection. If you dare to try a new kind of pizza, this is the place to go. Of course, they also have the classics.
Our waiter spoke very little English, so if you have extra requests or questions, it's probably best to look them up in Italian.
Update 2024:
I went here a second time because the pizza is fantastic. However, our whole experience was overshadowed by the rude waitress. I had to ask for my drink 3 times and each time she reacted totally annoyed. I didn't get my drink until I had already eaten half of my pizza and she handed it to me looking completely pissed and without saying a word. Working in a restaurant is certainly very stressful, but I really can't understand this kind...
