ENGLISH Do not go if you don't speak Italian! We went for lunch and had a terrible experience. They scammed us by charging for something we didn't order. The waitress made a mistake and told us a bottle of wine was priced as a glass of wine. We saw the menu where Italian wine cost 7 euros. It was unclear if it was a bottle or a glass, so we called the waitress to clarify. She took a bottle of balsamic vinegar to explain, indicating the bottle cost 7 euros, so we ordered it with our meal.

When the bottle arrived, we doubted again and called her. I pointed to the price on the menu and she said everything was fine. But when we went to pay, we were shocked to discover that 7 euros was only for a glass of wine, and the bottle cost 35 euros. I tried to explain the situation to the cashier, but she wouldn't let me speak, making us look bad in front of other customers, implying we were refusing to pay.

She claimed the waitress asked if we wanted the bottle or glass, but that never happened. We called her twice to confirm our order. We had to pay to avoid further trouble. We felt scammed. We would never have ordered the bottle if we knew it cost 35 euros; we only wanted a glass to accompany our meal.

The waitress continued working, never acknowledging her mistake. Beware if you plan to eat there and don't speak Italian; they'll likely tell you something that's not true, and the error will always be the customer's fault. Horrible. The waitress had tattoos, the cashier was blonde with short hair, and there was a bald waiter who spoke aggressively, pressuring us to pay.

ESPAÑOL Si no hablas italiano NO VAYAS. Fuimos a almorzar y nos llevamos una muy mala experiencia. Nos estafaron cobrando algo que no pedimos, la mesera se equivocó y nos dijo que una botella de vino estaba al precio de una copa de vino.

Vimos el menú en donde el vino italiano costaba 7 euros. Nos pareció poco claro si era una botella o una copa de vino, llamamos a la mesera y para explicarnos tomó una botella de aceto balsámico, indicando que la botella valía 7 euros así que la pedimos junto a la comida. Una vez que llegó la botella nuevamente dudamos y la llamamos. Le indiqué con mi dedo el precio que aparecía en la carta y me dijo que estaba todo bien. Al momento de pagar nos llevamos la sorpresa que el precio de 7 euros era sólo por la copa de vino y que la botella costaba 35 euros. Quise explicar la situación a la mujer de la caja registradora pero no me dejaba hablar, nos hacía ver con los otros clientes como si nos estuviéramos negando a pagar. Dijo que la mesera nos fue a preguntar si queríamos la botella o la copa de vino y la realidad es que nunca nos preguntó nada, fuimos nosotros quienes la llamamos 2 veces para estar seguros de lo que estábamos ordenando. Finalmente tuvimos que pagar para no tener problemas mayores. Nos sentimos estafados. Jamás habríamos pedido la botella de vino si hubiéramos sabido que costaba 35 euros, ya que sólo queriamos una copa de vino para acompañar nuestra comida. La mesera siguió haciendo su trabajo y jamás demostró su error. Así que precaución si es que van a comer ahí y no hablan italiano, seguramente les dirán algo que no es y el error será siempre del cliente. Horrible. La mesera es una mujer tatuada. I stayed at a hotel nearby and came here 4 days in a row. Their customer service is very friendly and hospitable. By the 4th time they seemed to remember me and were even more welcoming. Their chocolate croissant is SO delecious, its what I mostly had. Their coffee is very good. I tried the English breakfast one day and the scrambled eggs were fresh and tasty.
