My first visit so I will reserve the fifth star til next time. However, this Chinese place is right up there with my other Chinese restaurants in Milan. FOOD: Food was fantastic and as you could see from the pictures, they were well presented. Tofu was not what I was used to but still excellent. Good mixture of spiciness and flavor, and the sauce was awesome. Chicken was just as good as the tofu dish. Once again, the sauce was excellent and I could not stop eating it with fried rice. Overall, compared to other Chinese restaurants in Milan, this place was the best. Honestly, I think I just like Hunan style better. Definitely worth five (5) stars. LOCATION: It is actually a pretty good location. Near a metro and other Chinese stores and restaurants. Parking is tricky. No dedicated parking but there are street parking available, and on weekends, they are free. If you are fortunate (and I was), you could park nearby. You just never know. Btw, you won't find a big sign for Mao Hunan. Instead, you will see 'gelateria". I'd give three (3) stars. SERVICES: They were very attentive and responsive to our needs. Granted I think they only had two English speaking servers, but I also believe this restaurant doesn't cater toward tourists. Two servers who did help us were excellent. I do suggest checking out the pictures and picking a few dishes to inquire about if you don't speak Chinese or Italian. Four (4) stars. PRICE: They're relatively cheap and in line with other Chinese restaurants. You will pay more than kebabs but less than sushi. For a sitdown restaurant with servers, the price is good. However, they do charge a sitting fee per person. Four (4) stars. MISC: I'm fairly certain all their food will be excellent. I will try again and update my review. Overall, definitely...

My father is a excellent chef from Hong Kong and worked in Milan in a expensive restaurant. I always eat the best chinese food since when i was a kid and let me tell you. This one is absolutely great. The taste, the flavour are really perfect and for such a cheap cost you can't find anything better. I already tried other chinese restaurant, bigger, more fashion like high class restaurant, where the price is really expensive but the food is meh. Here the price is incredible low and the food are too good to be real. Also i love spicy food. I thought that my spicy level was already great but in this restaurant i learnt that im still a beginner. I will come again and try...
