Abbiamo visitato questo ristorante con grandi aspettative, ma purtroppo l’esperienza è stata deludente. Il cameriere ci ha informato che lo chef non conosceva la differenza tra vegano e vegetariano, e la scelta di piatti vegani era davvero limitata. Abbiamo trovato solo antipasti vegani e, quando abbiamo chiesto se ci fossero anche piatti principali, ci è stata proposta una pasta al pomodoro troppo salata e praticamente immangiabile.

Gli antipasti, come l’hummus e il baba ghanoush, erano insapori e mancavano degli ingredienti base (no tahina, no aglio, no sale). Inoltre, il servizio era decisamente disorganizzato: un cameriere nel voler portare via un piatto (non ancora terminato tra l'altro) ha messo un dito nel cibo.

Anche i dolci sono stati un punto dolente: la torta di carote era vegana, ma abbiamo avuto confusione sul gelato di accompagnamento, inizialmente indicato come contenente latte, poi smentito alla cassa. Infine, un piatto di tacchino tonnato è arrivato crudo, il che è inaccettabile.

Quando abbiamo segnalato questi problemi alla cassa, lo staff è parso molto sulla difensiva. In sintesi, un’esperienza davvero poco piacevole e molto al di sotto delle aspettative. Peccato perché l'ambiente è veramente...
