Ci abito di fianco, é molto piacevole, soprattutto durante la bella stagione. É provvisto di numerose aree per i cani, assai frequentate, nonché di una piscina coperta con spazio esterno, usufruibile in estate. Di fronte c'è un'ottima gelateria e un bar. È stato in parte danneggiato dal forte vento di questi giorni, speriamo che lo sistemino presto. Si possono facilmente avvistare cornacchie, gazze ladre, colombacci e scoiattoli, oltre ai merli, numerosissimi. Entro 2 anni è prevista la fine dei lavori per la metropolitana, sarà l'ultimo cantiere a chiudere. Hanno appena aperto un'area fitness, è molto frequentata soprattutto in estate.
