Mieru Mieru — Restaurant in Milan

We were here with a bigger group. We were told it was one of the best restaurants in town. We may have been unlucky. But the food was not good. Maybe because they had to serve it to many people at the same time. But the face of the people around the table told a story. Unfortunately, I would not come back.

The staff was friendly and the rrstaurant is looking nice. But there was not more.

And don't go here with a vegetarian. No taste was the feedback. Pictures that other customers posted of the food online looked...

Il modestissimo riproporre piatti tipici della tradizione popolare Pugliese, naturalmente sovrapprezzati per la qualità offerta (parola di altri pugliesi presenti al tavolo) e ambiguamente accompagnati dalla retorica più stucchevole, volutamente (ahimè) condensata in espressioni stile televendita di aspirapolveri ("L'unica controindicazione delle cozze gratinate è che causano dipendenza". Clap-clap e risate), è una coperta decisamente troppo corta per mascherare un livello estremo di scortesia messo in scena al momento di pagare il conto. Lo stanco padre del proprietario (?) infatti ha manifestato da subito un fortissimo 'mal di pancia' di fronte alla nostra, visionaria a quanto pare, richiesta di fare conti separati per sei persone (un esercito in effetti) data lo squilibrio delle cose prese da tutti. Ecco dunque che dopo rumorosi borbottii e frasi dette a metà dall'alto della sua postazione e nostalgica calcolatrice anni '80, è intervenuto il già menzionato figlio (?), che volendosi confermare maestro di retorica spicciola e gestualità ridondante, ha esordito con un maleducatissimo: "ADESSO BASTA, ma neanche in pizzeria queste richieste!". Rimasti tutti di sasso per l'escalation di eventi abbiamo dunque deciso di non proseguire oltre con le nostre, inqualificabili, richieste e abbiamo assecondato i due personaggi. Il tutto alle ora 23 circa di venerdì. Semplicemente...
