The food was not bad. The staff was. I had ordered a pizza and I left on purpose 3 slices to take it away because the day after I had an early flight back home and I wanted to eat something as everything else was closed. I said it to the waiter and after 5 minutes he came to our table saying (in Italian) that there was a mistake, that he had left the plate in the kitchen and he hadn't mentioned that it was for takeaway and the cook threw it away. So he just said sorry smiling along with the other waiters.

When I complained that I was counting on that for my breakfast then another waiter said I am sorry and then he tried to offer me some bread. Only after my complaint. I hate a mentality like that when the staff do not really care about the customer and only if the customer complains try to offer the minimum. When I mentioned the negative review they got angry and they started to say it's normal having an error like that and that I should not make it a bid deal for 3 slices. He even tried to make it about the money. That these slices cost 0.17 cents! This Staff didn't even know the basics of customer service.

I get that mistakes happen, but: -Why does the customer need to get the consequences? -Why were they smiling when they told me that they threw the pizza? -Why did they offer me some bread only after I complained. Probably If I had said ok they would not even offer me that. -Why did they try to make the customer feel bad because I said that I didn't like the service and that I will make a negative review. He even yelled at me. -Why did they try to minimize the mistake by saying that it costs 0,17€ and that I'm pretty for making it a big deal.

Horrible mentality and unacceptable behavior. Never going again. It doesn't deserve more than 1 star due to that mentality and...

The restaurant offers great food at very affordable prices, making it a solid choice for a delicious meal. I had the linguine frutti di mare, which was packed with a generous amount of seafood and cooked to perfect al dente texture—absolutely delicious.

The waitstaff were kind and spoke good English, but it was clear they were under pressure, as the restaurant was very busy. Unfortunately, this affected the overall atmosphere, making it feel a bit rushed. When we were seated, the placemats and cutlery were literally thrown onto our table as the staff hurried by, which didn't give the warmest first impression.

One disappointing aspect of our experience was that we were charged €2 for some bread placed on our table. We hadn’t ordered it and assumed it was complimentary, as is the custom in most Italian restaurants. The bread was simply put down without any mention from the staff, which felt misleading and left a negative impression. Because of this, we feel the restaurant lost a star.

While the food and pricing were great, the rushed service and unexpected charge for bread were unfortunate, and I hope they address these issues...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this charming traditional restaurant, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The ambiance is wonderfully authentic, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.

The prices are incredibly reasonable, offering great value for the delicious food served. Each dish was prepared with care and authenticity, reflecting the rich culinary traditions of the region.

What truly stood out, however, was the remarkable hospitality. The lady who owns the restaurant is incredibly gracious and welcoming. Her kindness and attentiveness made the dining experience even more special.

I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for genuine traditional cuisine, excellent prices, and outstanding service. I will definitely be...

Very tasty and affordable food! The service can feel a bit sketchy, but overall it’s a great spot. The tables are quite small, which can be a bit inconvenient. I recommend arriving about 10–15 minutes before 7 pm if you want dinner, as the queue builds up quickly. Definitely try the basic focaccia - it’s essentially pizza without toppings (just olive oil and herbs), but it’s delicious and only €3, which is a steal. There’s also a €1 service fee (not sure if it’s per person or per table), so keep that in mind. I came back for tiramisu and panna cotta and it was okay it wasn't bad wasn't good it was simply okay for 4€ it's nothing compared to tiramisu in rome for the same price range. Basic desserts.
