Ordering is entirely self-service via a QR code on the table, allowing you to customize your meal and pay through the app without interacting with staff. While efficient, this process felt impersonal and devoid of the warmth and hospitality you’d expect in an Italian dining experience. It also left me wondering how they keep track of whether diners have paid, as the busy atmosphere seemed chaotic, with little oversight.

I opted for a vegan pasta dish, customizing it with a few toppings. The food itself was decent, but it lacked the depth of flavor I was hoping for.
