Amazing experience with very subtle and creative Japanese fusion cuisine. One of the best I have tasted in the world and I mean it. I love Japanse food so I have tried it everywhere I've been. The owner is very friendly, and passionate. He will explain to you in detail the why's and how's of his choices for very high quality fish and other ingredients (for example tropical fruit mixes)... Which makes the food even more delicious when you listen to him.The chef is Japanese and very talented. When the plates are served you are not only nourished through the eyes but also experience an explosion of sensations like some sort of food orgasm! Even the deserts were fantastic. I will come back to Milano just to come back to this place and I'll bring my Japanese friends with me! The owner is obviously a real connoisseur and loves what he offers. Just trust him to select for you some of the best food you'll ever have. I asked him to chose for us and I had only great surprises with each bite. This place should be overcrowded and I highly recommend it. The price is absolutely worth it. A real...
Read moreThis place is absolutely amazing and we enjoyed every single thing we had on the Chef’s tasting menu. The best part of this experience for me was that I had never eaten sushi or raw fish before having had a bad experience the only time I tried, and so I was super skeptical. This place completely changed that. Michele was amazing and very accommodating to our requests and gently encouraged me to give it a try - and I am so glad I did! What a fantastic meal, amazing service, very calm ambient atmosphere, the combination of flavours, the creative use of different ingredients, every single element on the plate was simply divine 🖤
Anybody who wants to try Japanese cuisine and dip their toes into amazing sushi, start here! Thanks Michele and...
Read moreGreat modern Japanese restaurant. You can choose between a traditional omakase or an elevated omakase, or order a la carte. We opted for the creative omakase and it was excellent. The dishes are flavorful and well thought out with seasonal touches. I really enjoyed the tuna tartare with persimmon and my wife loved the octopus with pumpkin puree (best prepared octopus she's had in years, per her). Another standout was the fermented fish sauce served in lieu of soya with the gunkan, it was very unique and flavorful. We enjoyed all the food with some nice sake, they have a nice selection of that as well. Very friendly manager (owner?) and service staff helped us during our visit. Overall definitely recommended. I would...
