Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Hype

We booked Gattopardo Club in Milan a month in advance for my bachelorette party. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and not at all what we expected for such a special occasion.

One of the guys in our group was denied entry because they claimed his outfit was "too informal"—even though he was wearing neat, knee-length pants. We were never informed about any dress code when we booked, and it was clear that this supposed rule was only enforced against men. Inside, many women were wearing extremely short shorts and even sport shoes, yet that was apparently acceptable.

The staff was also incredibly rude and unwelcoming. We didn’t feel respected or valued as guests, despite organizing everything in advance and traveling from abroad just for this night. It honestly felt like they were looking for reasons to reject people at the door, without any flexibility or professionalism.

Overall, the night was a major letdown. For a place with such high prices and a big reputation, the treatment we received was unacceptable. I would not recommend Gattopardo to anyone planning a special event – it's not worth the stress, the money, or the...

I recently visited Gattopardo in Milano, and while I had high hopes, I encountered a few aspects that left me feeling less satisfied. The entrance fee was a bit on the expensive side, and the venue itself was relatively small. Unfortunately, I found the quality of the music and the sound system to be subpar. The ventilation system could be improved, as I felt uncomfortable due to the temperature inside.

One notable issue was when they brought champagne with fire; the smell was quite overwhelming and made it difficult to breathe comfortably. The decor and tables seemed rather basic and lacking in unique design. Gattopardo appeared to be a more budget-friendly option.

I hope my feedback helps the management consider some improvements to enhance the overall experience...

This thursday i went to Gattopardo, i had heard a lot of good things about it and in fact i can confirm that it is worth it! the location is really beautiful, elegant and modern. shame about the unprofessional staff though. i am clearly referring to my episode with the lady at the ticket office who was very rude with a really arrogant tone, without even saying hello she asked me to pay €25 when i had bought the presale… after once i said that i had the presale she even replied that “what do i know”, i want to tell her that in her place i would have greeted the customer first of all, but here it is a question of education. By the way i hope you can take my experience into consideration, that said i feel like i can highly recommend the place because it is...

0/5 I really don’t get what the hype was about but this place sucked!!! 600 euro to get in..they play old music like what is this? 1990s?? The trashy girls who does the bottle service put us next to the door upstairs next to where they go work in and out. I get that you’re working and it’s too crowded but you didn’t have the right to grab our phone and toss it on the floor like it’s yours and then managed to pushed the door and knocked my girlfriends to the floor!! I’m not even exaggerating. They see Americans and they wanna charge extra!! So rude and disrespectful!!!! Pls go somewhere else!!!

I went on a Tuesday and it had pretty much just such young people (around 18 years old)… the music was OK not amazong but not terrible… the drinks were ok too, nothing special and absolutely not incredible! The place is nice though… it is supposed to be and old church but you can’t really see the signs it was a church, but the place is really nice
