Bad ice cream, rude service and small portions. Been there once and felt discouraged to go back. I can ignore rudeness and small portions, they are part of the deal if the ice cream it's good. Da parecchio tempo non mi sorprendevo provando gelati: ho trovato che quelli di Raki siano di altissima qualità. I gusti sono .spettacolari: fichi, mandorle e alloro merita un premio nazionale! Ha esattamente il sapore di quelle “trecce” di fichi secchi con la mandorla all’.interno e avvolti dall’alloro della tradizione cilentina (o almeno, io li ho trovati e provati solo in quell’area). Poi:Cocco, delizioso (elaborato con il cocco vero), pistacchio eccezionale, arancia e mango dá dipendenza, pane e latte é un gusto insolito, ma l’ho trovato buonissimo :) Si nota la cura nella formulazione dei prodotti, oltre a limitare l’uso di zuccheri ed utilizzare materie prime top, sono anche molto attenti alla conservazione del gelato, rigorosamente in pozzetti chiusi, per evitare che si deteriori.
