I went to Nori Way yesterday for a nice dinner. The restaurant served delicious vegan sushi, which is great news for anyone looking for sustainable plant-based options. Vegan sushi is a relatively new concept, so it's exciting to see this place experimenting with different ingredients and flavors to create unique and tasty dishes. I really enjoyed the food, as well as the overall experience at the restaurant. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, service too was exceptional. It's always great when a restaurant can offer not only great food, but also a memorable dining experience. Overall, had a wonderful time, hope I'll have the opportunity to visit again in the future. It's exciting to see more and more vegan options popping up in the food industry, would love to have NORI WAY in Bologna as well in the near future!

Nori Way is an absolute gem nestled in the heart of Milan, offering a delightful culinary journey for both vegans and sushi enthusiasts alike. The menu at Nori Way is a testament to creativity and innovation, showcasing a diverse array of plant-based sushi rolls that are as visually stunning as they are delicious. Each bite is a harmonious blend of flavours and textures, crafted with precision and care. The staff is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, ensuring that every visit is nothing short of exceptional. Whether you're a seasoned vegan or simply curious about plant-based cuisine, Nori Way welcomes you with open arms and leaves you craving for more.

Sushi senza pesce!?!? Inconcepibile? Li vale tutti.

Unfortunately have no other option to give this place 1 star. It simply gives vegan food a bad name.

The dishes were entirely flavorless and lacking basic seasoning. We asked for soy sauce and the waitress refused to bring any, saying the chef thinks there is enough sauce already in every dish… big mistake. Soy sauce could be your one saving grace.

We ordered some udon noodle dish which sorry to say is the worst plate of food I have ever been served in Milan. I took one bite and immediately stopped eating as I felt sick to my stomach. To start with, they did not serve udon noodles, they were instead some extremely soggy spaghetti-like noodles served in a flavorless lukewarm soy milk soup. Again, absolutely no seasoning and no real thought put into the dish.

This is unfortunately the worst food I have had in Milan. Service was ok and only edible thing on the table was some guacamole on the...
