A culinary experience that has blown my mind!!!! I never in a million years expected what happened last night there.. My senses are still in absolute shock. Every single dish, has the same sensory explosion of flavors. It was so good it got a bit overwhelming, we felt we were in the twilight zone locked in a restaurant with the Gods of Flavors.. To put things into context, i am lucky through my work to go to the best restaurants in the world.. I can honestly say that in my 52 years of age I have never been blown away by food like Pitbeef.. the owners are not only masters of their trade, revolutionaries of flavors but actually very nice and approachable. We had the Wagyu starter, and Tomahawk steak both paired with Whiskeys (impossible to describe how good) and for desert just when we thought it couldnt get better, we had an apple crumble pie which shot us to a different universe, a panna cotta & a bourbon cake which left us all speechless. As the dinner ended, I was truly troubled because the food was so amazing that it will ruin any future dining experience I have. I cant recommend this restaurant enough.. it is by far one of the best restaurant ive been to in my life and believe you me ive been to the best restaurants in NY, London & Paris... i want to go...

Restaurant is run by the owners (husband and wife duo) and you can truly see their passion and love to what they do, from the way they describe the meal you are about to eat that makes you feel more hungry than the smell of the food itself, to the attention to every detail of your experience at their restaurant, everything was absolutely great.
The menu is solely focused on meats, with beef based appetizers to steaks for main course. I have had steaks in many places around the world, but I have truly never had a steak as good as the one at pitbeef. Tried the Tomahawk (highly recommended) as well as two different origin ribeye steaks. A5 Japanese wagyu cuts for appetizers which just melts in your mouth, and much more. All was perfect.
This restaurant deserves much more recognition, and definitely became my favorite place to eat in Milan.

We tried to book for dinner and they were totally full. Instead of just dissapointing us, they were so nice to actually suggested we come for lunch. We did… and seriously, zero regrets! It was fantastic!
You can tell they love what they do. They were super passionate explaining everything. All the different beef cuts (they really know their stuff) how they cook it, what whisky goes best (they know their drinks too!) just literally everything about the food and drinks!
We ordered The Vertical, Teres Maior and the Smoke Pichanha Tagliata. The meat was crazy good. So tender, so flavorful, cooked perfectly. That smoked Pichanha was so smoky and good!
Seriously, big thanks to them. They turned a big dissapointment moment into a great lunch, all while being genuinely kind and clearly loving their products. It wasn't just dinner (or lunch!), it was a really cool experience.
