To me the very example of an Hosteria. You go to drink wine or bier (very good selection), you end up eating something (whatever in the menu is good) and, most of all, you meet a lot of people, lots of friends in a super welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Bellissima esperienza all'Osteria Democratica. Serata divertente tra amici in un ambiente informale che sa coniugare le buone materie prime senza lavorarle troppo all'ottimo, sorridente e gentilissimo servizio: crostone con stracciatella, pomodori secchi e buzzonaglia di tonno, una vera goduria! Menzione speciale a Federica che, in totale sintonia col nostro mood, ci accompagna, senza essere invadente, durante tutta la serata: bravissima! 👏👏👏 Carta dei vini particolare, non ci sono nomi di spicco ma qualche bella chicca da scoprire: Timorasso in metodo charmat, val bene una messa.
