I've had a nice experience here. The personnel was very responsive and kind. We've received a free snack at the beggining. Also, tipping was completely optional and not included as a service fee (I've had only drinks though). One of the best bars in the city and the area. Besides being a comfortable, private place, it allows you to enjoy incredible cocktails.
