Pampa Gourmet — Restaurant in Milan

This restaurant has a very cozy atmosphere to it, charming interior with a great vibrant lighting. The service was very courteous and extremely pleasant. Before we received our main course, we got a little appetizer which tasted amazing. Burgers & fries got to our table after roughly 15min, pretty solid time. The burger was very good, not the best I have ever had, but far away from being bad. The buns were fluffy, the patty perfectly medium cooked, and all the ingredients came together very well. Burger sat well in my hands, nothing slipped out, neither ingredients nor sauce. The fries were crispy, but had almost no salt on them. Luckily we had a salt shaker on our table. Disaster Notwithstanding the delightful manners of the waiter, had the worst steak experience in Milan. First we arrive and order a filet and a rib eye. Then they say they don’t have meat. How is it possible there’s no meat at an Argentinian place? Then, after being informed there’s no meat and we are re thinking our order (there were burgers or sandwiches) another person (maybe the owner?) comes and tells us there’s now meat and our original orders can be served. I would leave no stars when possible… I made a reservation to come on Dec 24th, I called and asked if they were gonna be opened and they said yes, the confirmed a reservation for me and when I arrived at the door at 9PM, the place was closed. December 24th… I don’t think this is professional at all and I don’t like people to play with...
