Pianeta Luna — Restaurant in Milan

Stopped in for an early dinner, and there weren't many tables occupied when we did. Ordered water and food, which oddly the food showed up before the water.

Table bread wasn't fresh. But the food was good. Our biggest issue was the server was the only one working and she couldn't keep up with the tables that were getting seated after us. We ordered two waters, but only got one. We asked for our waitress and she walked past us four times before getting back to us. We ordered a creme brulee and a drink WITH the check.

20 minutes later, we still had no drink, no dessert, and no check. I had to take the now cold creme brulee (after it was likely forgotten at the counter) and our table number to the register to get the dessert and never delivered second water taken off, plus pay as the check was never delivered...

This was the worst pizza I had in Italy. The restaurant sign says its a restaurant and pizzarea, however the dough lacked salt and the middle of the pizza was soaked with the toppings to the extent that you can not grab the slice, the cheeese in the margarita pizza was watery. I ordered pineapple juice with my pizza and it never came to the table. The waiters were wondering around and if you ask for something they respond with arrogance. This was a disappointing experience in Milan given that the city is famous for its fine restaurants and delicious cuisine. We only ordered pizza, so I am not sure if the rest of the menu was as disappointing as this. Don't come here for pizza.. that was a lesson...

You expect a pizza to be great in Italy, but it wasn't the case. It was almost nothing different to a frozen pizza from the supermarket.

But the worst was that they charge you 3 euros per person for using their knives and forks. First restaurant in Italy or in any country where I encounter this. Paid 11 euros for the pizza and 6 euros for using their forks. This is the biggest scam I've seen in my life.

So if you're eating a Margherita for 5 euros, expect to pay at least 11 euros for it. What a disgrace.

Even if you only order a coffee, expect to be charged extra for actually drinking it from a cup and using their spoon to stir it. 1 star is too much.
