I have ordered the rice cakes with homemade sauce with was absolutely delicious, the sauce was sweet and slightly spicy, I also tried the bibimbap and the toppings went so good with the crispy rice, it was my first time trying it and I really enjoyed it! The kimbap also was really savoury, the side dishes were good seasoned and I especially fancied the sweet potatoes! The place was comfy and cozy, the service was really quick and the owner sweet! we unfortunately had a really bad experience with this restaurant, mainly because of the clerk attitude and missing item from the order. ignorant and unhelpful employees, no apology for the mistake and did not even try to solve the problem until we have to raise our voice and be tough through the phone, only then we received an apology through text. eventually we get the refund in cash the next day. would not recommend this...

Il cibo era molto buono, tutto di qualità! Per questo mi dispiace anche scriverlo ma devo! Ho avuto la premura di prenotare, ci hanno fatte sedere in 3 in un tavolo tondo in mezzo a tutto vicino al frigo senza posto per le borse scomodo a dir poco! Quando ho chiesto se potevano spostarci ha fatto una faccia schifata la ragazza che ho subito detto di lasciar perdere! Non c’è stato un solo sorriso dal arrivo e il tono di voce era sempre scocciato! Alla fine ci ha spostate lei perché la griglia non andava! Avevo chiesto della carne che però è tornata 5 min dopo dicendo che non era disponibile e mi ha consigliato un altro taglio di carne “ 2 euro in più “ sono del settore e visto che era disponibile nel menu. Per 2 euro non si muore di fame potevano fare lo stesso presso visto che è stato un errore loro! Brutta energia, antipatia proprio sbuffando per tutto e anche se il cibo è buono non compensa quella brutta energia quindi non ci tornerò! Locale pulito Cibo di qualità e fresco ma se siete sensibili alla cordialità non ve lo consiglio! Né io né le mie colleghe siamo state ben accolte e non ho visto alcuna esperienza in ospitalità! Un sorriso non è così difficile farlo se lavori in un ristorante Cristo santo e parlare con la gente come se dessimo fastidio...
