Ristorante Pizzeria Al Passeggero — Restaurant in Milan

I can't say enough things about this place. It was highly recommended and within walking distance of our air bnb. We got sat immediately outside on the patio. The venue was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had the Margherita pizza- heart shaped, and it was such a cute surprise when they brought it out. My husband ordered the spaghetti alla Carbonara, and we did not regret it. It tested like silky butter. Melt on your mouth delicious with the pork belly had me like 🤌.

We ordered a whole bottle of sparkling chardonnay for only €12 and it complimented our dishes perfectly.

The dessert was complicated for me. Reason; I really do not like pistachios. However, it seems that Italy really LOVES them. So, "when in Rome," (Milan rather) I decided to try the highly recommended pistachio cheesecake. I was blown away. The cheese cake was so soft. It felt like eating a cloud of yummies covered in the smoothest pistachio sauce. I have a be found appreciation for this little nut, and this place is to thank you.

Day 10 into our Italy trip and we finally gave in to our Chinese food craving. We had "yang zhou chao fan" - fried rice, "xiao bai cai" - leafy veg, stir fried beef with onions and sliced chicken with corn soup. After going for more than a week without Chinese cuisine, this was a welcome relief! (we are from Singapore). The fried rice was en pointe but the veg was a tad salty. Still delicious nonetheless and such a hearty meal that tasted very close to home. Huge portions too! This cost us 25 euros, very reasonable and a meal...

My wife and I just got to Milan and are looking for Italian food. We chanced upon this restaurant in RedNote and saw that it served Chinese food as well, so we give it a go.

We had a seafood tomato pasta, a mushroom risotto and a chilli fried chicken. The pasta and risotto are huge in portion. The seafood in the pasta are very fresh and awesome.

In a nutshell, prices are reasonable and food are delicious. I would like to go back there if I were to be in...
