Molto scortese, piccole porzioni.

I was excited to try this place tonight. All three waitstaff declined to take an order despite my patience and the sparse dining area. Given the density of Chinese restaurants in the area, I’d recommend elsewhere due to the incredibly inhospitable service.

Edit: The response is especially disheartening. It’s unkind to ignore customers, especially if the ask was a simple order, asked politely. I hope they can fix this problem going forward for future customers. I really wanted to eat here, but...

The food taste great and did fix my Chinese food urge. I think they had their ways of cooking, since the flavor was quite unique, not generalized Chinse food in most places in Europe and the states. Shanghai è un ristorante che conquista per la sua semplicità curata e per l’autenticità dei sapori. L’ambiente, pur essendo semplice, è accogliente e ben organizzato, con dettagli che richiamano la tradizione cinese senza risultare eccessivi.

Il menù offre una selezione eccellente di piatti della cucina cinese, preparati con ingredienti freschi e di qualità. Gli involtini primavera sono croccanti e ben farciti, mentre il vitello piccante ed i ravioli alla griglia sono cucinati alla perfezione, con un equilibrio di sapori che stupisce il palato. Il riso alla Cantonese è un must, ma leggero e per niente unto.

Il servizio è cordiale e rapido, con personale sempre disponibile a fornire consigli o spiegazioni sui piatti. Anche nei momenti di maggiore affluenza, l’atmosfera rimane tranquilla e piacevole, rendendo il pasto un’esperienza rilassante.
