Food: 5/5 taste: excellent. You can really feel all the flavors, that are always delicate and balanced. Aside from all the great dishes ordered, also the focaccia bread is worth to be mentioned because it was really great and freshly backed. presentation: elegant and pleasant.

Service: 5/5 Personnel is kind, knows what to suggest, always present but not intrusive.

Environment: 5/5 The restaurant is at the first floor of an hotel, freshly refurbished with a really nice modern style. The dining room is big and tables have a lot of space between them making the dinner more intimate. Fireplace is a really cool add.

We visited Sophia's for lunch, the atmosphere was nice and relaxed,created by attentive staff members. Menu is composed from three choices of appetisers, two first plates and two second plates, one might find it difficult to choose between such a few dishes but, on the other hand, if you did your homework and checked their web site - the menu is there and you knew it beforehand. However, in the website it was also mentioned that during summer months the restaurant moves to the "outdoor" area, which is very beautiful and I'd have loved to sit there, but we were advised that it's not available for lunch. 5 stars! Really very much recommended. First when you enter, the dining hall is very pleasant, great design interior with organically shaped tables and placemats, nice decorations. I was welcomed with a surprise welcoming Prosecco (a good one) and a small bite. They have vegetarian dishes and I went for the asparagus ravioli - a real delight.
