SUSHI YUAN — Restaurant in Milan

This is by far the worst service Ive ever received. In the two hours we spent at this restaurant, we were barely able to order less than a dozen items (mostly one and two piece items) from an all you can eat sushi menu. Our waiter hardly ever returned and we had to flag down any person going past just to start our first order after 20 mins of sitting without an all you can eat form. If this place had been busy i would understand, but it was practically empty and other people who entered after us were served more food and more often than us. Food was horrible, if not terrible. Sushi was dry and the soya sauce feels like soya water. When we told the owner that we didn't like the food he was very rude and yelled on us saying not to come again. The experience was really bad and sushi didn't feel like sushi.

È l’unico posto al mondo dove mi hanno giudicata per quanto mangio. Oggi, nel giorno del mio compleanno, siamo entrati per mangiare bene. Alcuni piatti non venivano serviti ma risultavano “consegnati” sull’app. Abbiamo ordinato altro, visto che stavano per chiudere, ma il responsabile è venuto a rimproverarci ad alta voce dicendo che avevamo ordinato troppo per due persone. Poi hanno iniziato a portarci piatti segnati come già serviti e altri sbagliati. Ho cercato di spiegare che era un problema dell’app, ma lui ha continuato a gridare.

Alla fine hanno cancellato l’ordine, ma gli uramaki che avevo chiesto all’inizio non sono mai arrivati. In nessun altro ristorante mi era mai capitato di essere sgridata per aver mangiato “troppo”.
