If you are looking for a local experience, this is it. Got it you need to hit the highlights and eat at specific places as a tourist. However, if you got some time and want to see what the locals eat for lunch on the go, then this is it. Btw, while I was sitting here, I witness two groups of local police stopped by for a quick meal (regular place for police!!! You can't get anymore local than that)
FOOD: Great all around. Everything had plenty of flavors but not soaked in salt. Pasta was cooked well and loved the vegetables. This is about as good as you get for quick lunch.
SERVICE: The BEST service. For a €10 lunch, they were very attentive. They even walked around and explained the meal in english for me. Friendly to tourist like me and also saw they were very friendly to anyone walking in. Serving with smile, that means a lot for me. 5+ star
LOCATION: It is easy to find but no dedicated parking. Either walk or park on street.
PRICE: you can't beat this price. While everyone raised the price after covid, this place is still serving lunch for €10. So I had pasta, meat, veggies, and coffe for €10, and €2 for 1/4 bottle of red wine.
OVERALL: I would definitely comeback and if you got time, then I recommend...
Read moreIncredible experience. My very first dinner in Milan and I wouldn't have had it any other way. The service here is exquisite; Daniel is friendly, accommodating, helpful, and just an all round amazing host. His recommendations were not just the absolute best, they were knock out delicious.

The veal was an experience in of itself that I would encourage every first time traveler here to try. The risotto on the other hand was sublime. My partner and I come from a completely different part of the world, both of us from different countries, but this risotto reminded us both of home. It was magic.
Please, if you come down to Milan for the first time, give this place a try. You will not be...
Read moreThis place is amazing! We bumped in this place looking for an authentic Italian restaurant. The owner Danny greeted us at the door with a smile and English menu. All pasta dishes were home made and the menu is different and written everyday. I ordered a spaghetti with “seafood sauce”. It turned out to be a giant plate loaded with assorted seafood. The dish was very tasty and costed only 12 euro. I regretted ordering another dishing thinking the spaghetti dish would not be enough. Boy, was I totally wrong! The owner was so nice, knowing my order would be too much, he did not cook the 2nd dish, so I did not to embarrass myself in front of everyone at my table. After a nice meal, Danny had us taste his home made Grappa, which was equally delicious like our meal. Thank you so much for making our day by your amazing service and serving us such a...
