Today I chose this establishment to dine in, worst decision of my life. I have several problems with the food, service, and overall experience in this restaurant, which I will explain further in this piece. First of all, the food. I ordered a carbonara, while my friends ordered the lamp chops, and the lasagna. None of which were up to the standard I would want from a €15-€20 meal. The carbonara, was too salty, extremely bland, and did not contain any black pepper, which is honestly a disgrace. The lasagna was bland, had too many layers and not enough meat, it did not look very appetising. The lamp chops, were overcooked, and too charred, all we could taste was the burnt top layer. The service was sub par, the waiter was not interesting and overall just very miserable. I did not feel like I was being welcomed into a restaurant, more an abortion clinic. While we were eating, he was on his phone scrolling through, TikTok or Instagram reels, which we could hear. Not very professional in my opinion. To conclude, he was just quite rude and not professional at all. Other issues me and my partners had. There was no pizza, which I do understand, however not having the opinion at all is slightly underwhelming and probably a direct correlation to why the restaurant was so empty. Overall, not the best experience. Did not enjoy my time, because of a combination of the food, the service and lack of professionalism.

I was introduced to this place by the staff in my hotel. Well recommended! We ordered mixed seafood grill and Sabatini pizza (their signature dish). No regret though the pizza was a little salty. The mixed seafood grill was fresh. However, the service was uncalled for. We were guided to our seat in a packed restaurant around 8 pm. Service was quite slow. We had to keep waving to get the crew's attention. I was asked if I want to order wine or anything more which I said nope since it's kind of late and we just wanted a quick dinner. The instant reaction of the crew was quite disappointing. After our meal, I thanked him for recommending the Sabanita pizza to us. His reply was, remember to tip us. I took it with a pinch of salt. The bill came of EUR32.50, with some cover charge of EUR2.50 per pax. I left EUR33. He looked at me and said, where's my tips? So I left EUR34. He took the money and I said thank you (mind this, I thanked the crew) and he didn't even bother to thank me. I was not even guided or said goodbye. Well, I still stand by my earlier verdict, good is fantastic but unfortunately service could be better

This place is a short walk from the UNA Hotel up the street. Went looking for dinner and I just happened to turn my head to look down a side street before missing it. I like that despite being off a main road in the city the restaurant is tucked into a nice peaceful pocket. Staff was friendly considering we were American and this was our first real restaurant experience. He was patient with us and I appreciated him! Just had some sparkling water and small entrees- I had the vegetarian pizza and my mom had some lasagna. We both really enjoyed our meal and the ambiance of getting to sit out on the street side. I had a little joke that it felt like I was in a Pixar movie because it felt that perfect. We were there in October and I still think back to how I enjoyed our meal here.

We visited this place yesterday (01.04) and were left with a very unpleasant impression.

Friends recommended this place to us, so we decided to stop by for an Aperol and a tiramisu.

Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with the service. We were served by a short blonde woman, and as soon as she realized we were only ordering two Aperols and a tiramisu, it was clear that she was unhappy with such a small order. It was obvious that we couldn't expect good service.

Her attitude was completely cold. When serving the dessert and cocktails, her movements were abrupt, and her facial expression was stone-cold, fully displaying her dissatisfaction with serving us.

At that moment, we immediately decided we would never return to this place. We didn't expect to feel so uncomfortable while spending our own money.

And then, we had another surprise at the checkout.

It turns out that the establishment automatically adds 20% to the total bill.

Nobody even asked if we were satisfied with the service.

And if they had, I would have said that I was completely dissatisfied and didn’t want to pay an additional 20% for such treatment.

After what happened at the checkout, I feel the need to leave a review because everyone planning to visit this place should know that they might encounter a terrible employee who not only ruins the impression of the place but also spoils the entire evening.

Questions for the restaurant: Where can we find official information stating that a 20% service charge is added to the bill? Why don’t the staff at the checkout inform customers about this additional charge? Do you have any quality control over how your employees communicate...

So! In a word, the food in this restaurant is very bad!!!

I went today with two friends to eat pizza at about 4:00 PM. We were immediately told that we could order everything except pizza. Probably at this time either the pizzaiolo was sleeping or the oven was resting 😁. At this time, we were the only ones in the restaurant and I decided that they would serve us very quickly. But, we constantly had to call the waiter, or get up and look for him (maybe he was hiding on purpose... I don't know 🤷). We ordered salmon tartare and burrata with prosciutto for everyone. I ordered osobuko with risotto for myself and creme brulee for dessert. The osobuko was brought covered in gravy, so the only way to determine that it was osobuko was to remove the gravy. The risotto was not al dente, but simply undercooked rice. The creme brulee was cold and had been ready for a long time by its consistency. Tartar and prosciutto with burrata seemed to be ok, but... when I ate crème brûlée with cappuccino, my stomach started to bloat and I had to run to the toilet. My friend ran after me. And my friend's girlfriend had already run to the toilet when she got home. Together we ate only tartar and burrata with prosciutto. One of these two dishes was spoiled - that's a fact!!! It's good that we didn't get food poisoning! 🤪

Summary: if you want to go to eat at this a la resto - you can have, at the very least, an...
