Ich bin seit Jahren treuer Kunde von Zero Glutine Life und kaufe regelmäßig große Mengen für meine Rückreise nach Deutschland. Leider war ich bei meinem letzten Besuch in der Filiale in Mailand extrem enttäuscht. Ich hatte 4 Croissants mit Pistazienfüllung bestellt – bekommen habe ich Croissants mit Marmeladefüllung, die lediglich oben mit Pistaziencreme „kaschiert“ wurden. Das ist kein Versehen, sondern eine bewusste Täuschung.

Vor Ort wurde mir nichts gesagt – ein solches Vorgehen ist absolut inakzeptabel. Zusätzlich habe ich das Gefühl, dass die allgemeine Qualität der Produkte dort nachgelassen hat.

Sehr schade! Italienweit ist Zero Glutine Life sonst top – aber die Filiale in Mailand ist leider nicht...

Che dire, qua rischio il diabete!!! A parte scherzi, ho fatto preparare la torta per il mio 50 compleanno. Crema Chantilly panna e fragole ed era eccezionale. Non sembrava nemmeno gluten free. E per me che ho scoperto la celiachia a 47 anni devo dire tanta tanta tanta roba. Dolci assolutamente di valore ma mica solo quelli! Ho preso un casatiello per Pasqua ed anche quello era veramente buono. Inoltre ho avuto modo di provare i loro arancini, panzerotti e pure gli anelletti al forno. Tutti davvero ottimi. La gentilezza e simpatia del servizio vanno a braccetto con gli ottimi prodotti che ho provato....
