The food might taste good, but the service is absolutely atrocious — not even worth one star ⭐️! We waited over 30 minutes, only to be told they had completely forgotten our order. Unbelievable. Then they had the nerve to say it would be ready in 3 minutes — a blatant lie, because we ended up waiting another 15 minutes on top of that. I got the traditional Crescenterie which is Lardo montanaro (pesto). It was only €3.10. There only a Parmesan pesto spread inside with no other filling. It was savory and nice!! The outer layers are wholemeal and it was so crispy but yet slightly chewy. Definitely worth a try! Will however recommend getting one with a filling if you are looking to get full with this meal! Sosta pranzo rapida prima della partenza verso il Piemonte. Ho deciso di fermarmi presso questo piccolo locale, in centro a Modena, specializzato in crescentine! L'ambiente è molto piccolo, affollato, pochi posti a sedere. Sui banconi dei riferimenti storici alle crescentine. Vengono cotte al momento, con la possibilità di scegliere fra impasto tradizionale ed integrale. Come dimensioni si può scegliere piccola o grande. Lunghissima la lista delle farciture proposte dai proprietari, ma si può optare per qualsiasi personalizzione. Io ho scelto la crescentina del giorno, impasto integrale, con pastrami, cipolla caramellata, pomodoro e rucola: pazzesca! Mi è piaciuta tantissimo, un'esplosione di sapori, tutti sapientemente bilanciati. Anche se di dimensioni generose, avevo ancora un po' fame. Ho optato per una piccola crescentina più tradizionale con pesto di lardo, prosciutto crudo, rucola. Ottima anche questa. In tutto ho speso una decina di euro. Tornerò sicuramente!
