Read moreRecommendation from a local person turned out to be best choice for lunchbrake with kids. Short daily menu with tasty pastas, al ragu (kids love it), nice wine recommended by the lady (owner I guess) and now we are enjoying local Lambrusco, great dessert, affordable price (coperto is included). Usually they have a long wait list before you can get a table, but while waiting to be called the are ready with the table you can visit Mercato Storico (via a vis) or Duomo (4 mins walk). Coffee was very good as well, as the home made food and Italian vibes and atmosphere. Thanks and we will for sure return to try the pumpkin dessert...
Read moreSunday. 12h35. i arrived half an hour after the opening that's why the restaurant was already full. if you will go solo on a Saturday, you might find it hard to get a table. I asked a young italian couple if they are ok to accomodate me on their table coz i am alone and i came all the way from Paris just for a lunch and bla bla. Luckily, they said YES!! We had our table in like 30mins. We opted for three pasta tasting : tortellini in broth, rissoto with pumpkin and balsamic vinegar and tagliatelle al ragu. With Lambrusco of couese. Everything was delicious and the mascarpone cheese with small pièces of chocolaté cake is just to die for.
The whole exoerience is all worth the wait and...
